    Anychance you can talk about the process or theory of syntonics? Or even the different color combos and what each might help with? Also i find the testimonials very encouraging. Been following you for a year plus, while going through VT here in Mn. Thank you so much 🙏🏾💙👑

      @@VictoriouslyTierra Awesome! Please call the office (618-288 1489) and Miranda (who is the one you will likely speak with) will send you more information on the process and the link for scheduling an in-person eval as it will not be found directly on the website due to the process being different from non-local folks. Looking forward to meeting you too!

    Thank you for this 🙌 I have lost my upper right Quadrant 3 weeks ago following a stroke, the blind spot I have looks what I can only describe as dull tinsel. I have been moving objects around the perimeter of the blind spot to see if it helps, I have also recently bought children’s fibre optic lights to see if this helps, can you recommend any other sensory tools? 🙌

      Hi there, unfortunately we do not have DYI approaches for visual field recovery post stroke for several reasons. But if you would like professional help we would be glad to assist. Please note that time is of the essence and it is highly recommended to utilize the early days post stroke as effective a recovery as possible.

      Hi Kelly, there are a variety of lamps that can be used including a standard incandescent lamp. But the lamp is perhaps the least consequential part of it as the lamp is not the treatment.

    Hi . Does syntonics help with duanes syndrome

    • @visontherapy
      @visontherapy  Рік тому +1

      Hi Aneeza, that’s a great question!
      And the answer is YES!…in combination with specialized therapy.
      While Duanes is a very challenging condition and in fact many shy away from attempting to correct it, we have had great success with it over the years and developed specialized protocols for working with it.
      Using a unique Light therapy protocol we can send a stronger signal via the nerve (as long as it isn’t missing) to the muscle and helps us free up movement of the eye about 20-30 degrees towards the side of limited movement.
      Glad to discuss your case in more detail on a consultation.
      To do so visit our website www.visionforlifeworks.com and click on schedule a consultation.
      Looking forward to seeing you on the schedule.

    what filters are used for congenital nystagmus

    • @visontherapy
      @visontherapy  8 місяців тому

      Hi there, that's definitely not something that has a cut-and-dry answer. And definitely not something appropriate to suggest on UA-cam without knowing what is really happening. We suggest you work with a Dr to resolve the issue. It doesn't have to be with us, but if you wish to work with us (which would be a good idea), you are welcome to schedule a consultation to discuss your case first. You can do so by visiting www.visionforlifeworks.com and clicking on "schedule an online consultation". Thank you for being here and hopefully see you on a consultation soon!

    Do you have to take a 30 minute break in between changing glasses. Would it be okay not to take a break.

    • @visontherapy
      @visontherapy  2 місяці тому +1

      Hi Melissa, Yes you do have to wait between sets if that’s what we prescribed to you. If you are working with a different clinic make sure to follow their advice. The reason why you wait between sets is so you don’t stimulate your brain with too much conflicting information. I hope that helps. Thanks for being here.

      “What is the science?” is a valid question that a trained and licensed professional should have an answer for.

    • @visontherapy
      @visontherapy  Рік тому +1

      @@thesender6321 Hi there. Thanks to your comment. There are many other videos on this channel dedicated to syntonics and the basis of its use. So you might want to check those out. There are also many resources on light therapy in general on the internet if you are seeking a scientific paper. But as stated very regularly, light is a neuro regulator and based on different wavelengths varied responses can be elicited in the brain and nervous system. This is the reason people are given seizure warnings in certain situations where bright strobing lights may be present (e.g some tv programs). Unfortunately, there isn’t the time or space for a full on education on the varied neurological or optometric components which also may vary based on condition on a UA-cam feed. This specific video also presupposes familiarity with the topic. So please do your research while also researching the alternatives for whatever condition you are interested in resolving. The NIH archives is a good place to start for general info. Thanks for being here.
