    This would be an ideal opportunity to introduce us to people who have used this, or their relatives or carers. Are the clinical trials finished?
    If its as good as it sounds, hopefully investors will be drawn to it.

    • @RuckFussia
      @RuckFussia Рік тому +4

      You can find quite a bit of data on it already, but there are a few ongoing clinical trials that seem very promising. There's this helmet, then there's one by Vielight, Suyzeko and Neuronic. Probably just a matter of time before we see more advanced devices, and other therapies with light that actually involve surgery.

    Why laser diodes? There are power NIR LEDs that are a lot cheaper and output the same power. I don't think this kind of therapy really benefits from collimated light, anyway, as it will scatter as soon as it hits the skin.

      The scientific research backs up that the therapy can be beneficial, but it's not a panacea. Still, with 70% of patients in trials of neurological diseases and brain injuries seeing significant improvements, that leads me to believe it's worth a shot. I've seen research video showing TBI victims with impaired motor control resulting in slurred speech and cognitive impairment able to talk normally and present after a few 20 minute treatments. There is one here on UA-cam.
