I love how this stretch routine had a lot of different stretches from the other ones! I like changing my routines sometimes for fun but I normally just focus on one to do every day.

Yay! I love Anna’s stretches! They help so much!! Anna, if you see this, can you make a stretching routine with completely new stretches you’ve never done before? And can it be leg stretches? I am still working on my leg flexibility.
How flexible are your legs?
Sort of flexible. I can barely do my left leg split and am sort of close to my right leg. And about the same for my middle.

Idk is this is a good idea but here is routine in written steps (idk what to name them so I just randomly named them you can edit if you like):
1. Downward dog- 30 sec
2. Seal head roll- once anti-clockwise + clockwise
3. Seal bend- 20 sec
4. Bow/(easy) bowl pose- 20 sec
5. Back fold/ (easy) bowl pose - 20 sec
6. Child’s pose- 20 sec
7. Tabletop (right) stretch- 20 sec
8. Tabletop (left) stretch- 20 sec
9. Cat bend- 15 sec
10. Crawling arch- 15 sec
11. Knee bridge/ (easy) square bend- 30 sec
12. Pike / (easy) simple downward dog- 20 sec
13. Arch- 20 sec
14. Back bend/ (easy) lift- 15 sec
15. Bridge/ (easy) lift- 10 sec
16. Pike stretch- 20 sec
Total: 5 min

I love Anna’s stretches!❤❤❤ it’s very helpful to do before dance class, and on a daily basis !
I was at like an open gym thing where basically the whole gymnastics thing is empty except a couple ppl. I did a roundoff back handspring back layout 1/1, and fell on my back and pulled a couple muscles. My back is usually incredibly flexible, but very stiff currently. I have level 7 gymnastics (competitive) today, and I am going to do this to hopefully help loosen it for practice. Anyways have a good day everyone! ❤

@@tanguharawa9914Pretty fast. The back bend came quickly. The splits took a while, but that’s because I kept pulling my hamstring.

Here’s a tip that my cheer coach told me for my backbend, get some 10 pound weights are lift them, then you’ll be able to hold it longer. I lift 20 pound weights now, and I can hold my for around 2 minutes

Ok, I really need to know, is it just me or do other people have to warm up their backs too??! Cuz like if I don't warm up my back I can barely do some of these stretches but if I do before hand then I can do them sooooo much better!! But like warming up my back takes like 20 mins so it's basically like doing a stretch routine, I just have to do easier stretches first and ease into them. So Anna PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a back warm up routine!!!! I love you so muchhhhhh btw! And also, can someone plz reply to this and tell me I'm not the only one, and that other people would benefit from a back warm up routine as well!!! ❤❤❤

I want to do this one, the splits one and the hips one every day for as long as I have time and motivation. I am 25, so it will probably take time, but I am motivated to work towards getting the splits and other cool tricks. Maybe a chest stand one day. So far I am on day 3 and I feel slight improvements. My back hurts a bit but it also feels good to stretch so much.
Day 4: Omg, I could go a little bit into the advanced knee bridge! Not all the way, but it feels like progress!
