I am a dancer and I have had my aerial for about 4-5 years now. I also got my front aerial about 1 1/2 years ago. Just a tip that helped me: as you are first starting to learn an aerial, you can use your hands to swing you around. Of course once you get it it will become easier and soon you won’t have to use your arms. But as you start, your arms can really push you around! This also helps with your front aerial!

Thank you so much Anna! On summer vacation I really wanted to learn the Ariel because I thought it looked so pretty, I started learning it but got discouraged because I could never seem to do it. I started following your tips and looked at your body (not in a weird way) during the Ariel and figured out I wasn’t putting my upper body low enough so my legs couldn’t get over me quick enough. Now I can do it on hard floor and grass and I’m working on combos with the Ariel and trying to do a standing Ariel!

@@sereenassaf7745 Well I'm no proffesional but what helped me is if you always put your hands down at the end, put them down at the start instead of the end because then you will get use to not putting them down at the end. And if you put your hands down at the start, put your hands down at the end so you can get use to not putting them down at the start if that makes sense! 😅 It helped me!
Back in February I wanted to get into gymnastics because all my friends could and I couldn't. When I started improving my flexibility I couldn't even do a bridge. And I can't believe that now I'm trying to do an aerial!! Most aerial tutorials are really short and just tell you to do a dive cartwheel and a cartwheel block so this is so helpful thanks so much!!! ❤❤❤❤

I'm still a 5th grader and I have a vacation in 4 months. I really want a consistent aerial by then to impress people lol. I kind of have my aerial already, I have the height, I have the flexibility, but I don't have the positioning. I have a 50/50 percent chance of landing it. I either actually do an aerial or I do a weird variation of the front flip. I struggle most with flipping sideways to this helped a lot! Thanks Anna!

Wow your warm up routine is basically practicing each single movement in the technique with good form to prep for coordinating it all. Seems like so much easier that way than what I do, probably takes less time to gain and maintain the moves… us breakers, especially in the old days are not educated in that area as well and stuff like this is necessary for us to know. Only a minority of the really old guys who are still somehow really good at dynamics or people who study others’ ways, like me, seem to know.

Amazing I love how well you taught this after looking at other channels when they try and teach you how to do a certain flip they can rush through it I’m not explaining things, and not give the correct warmup routine and stretch routine for the flip so thank you so much for taking that into account and making a really good video
I know this comment is really late, but I’ve been practicing and going on and off, and finally I’m super close! I have my jump, i can do the pop up at the end, but in the middle i always put my hands on the ground and I’m gonna keep working up to it. But i definitely need a trampoline or a Mat to trust myself and not put my hands down. Thanks so much for all the tutorials!❤

i remember when i was younger and i would always watch you and your tutorials. i was obsessed with doing gymnastics when i was younger and was self taught and i stopped some time in 2017 and really want to get back into it.
I am ten years old and I am have a passion for dancing and to my opinion, stretching and having the abilities to do splits and other gymnastic stuff are really important so thank u!

Wow your warm up routine is basically practicing each single movement in the technique with good form to prep for coordinating it all. Seems like so much easier that way than what I do, probably takes less time to gain and maintain the moves… us breakers, especially in the old days are not educated in that area as well and stuff like this is necessary for us to know. Only a minority of the really old guys who are still somehow really good at dynamics or people who study others’ ways, like me, seem to know.

Amazing I love how well you taught this after looking at other channels when they try and teach you how to do a certain flip they can rush through it I’m not explaining things, and not give the correct warmup routine and stretch routine for the flip so thank you so much for taking that into account and making a really good video

I know this comment is really late, but I’ve been practicing and going on and off, and finally I’m super close! I have my jump, i can do the pop up at the end, but in the middle i always put my hands on the ground and I’m gonna keep working up to it. But i definitely need a trampoline or a Mat to trust myself and not put my hands down. Thanks so much for all the tutorials!❤

Hi Dhwani which country are you staying I am in india which time in your country she schedules the premiere I mean she upload time not when the premiere starts live I hope you understood.
