This happened to me but I had to tow it to Toyota because it disabled the truck. The throttle body and wiring got fried. At least that's what the shop said.. covered under warranty though.
Did an absolute terrible job explaining the fuse situation. For me, ground the black wire to the battery ground right by the fuse box. Take the #10 fuse he pulled and put in the adapter. Put the adapter into the slot where he pulled the #10 fuse from. Works perfect
When i put the fuse in DRL fuse the lights would be on even if the truck was off i put the fuse in 10a INJ fuse and it turns on once i turn on my truck
I did the same way but now my drl wont even turn on. Even in auto, but at night time, they turn on. Any suggestions why it not on
What fuses did you use on the add a fuse , looks like a 10a and 5a?
Very cool with that colour of lights
Thank you so much, Sean, this helped me sooooo much!
Why not run a wire directly to the day headlights

Hi. Which fuse is the daylight running lamp?

@@deadmemes8054 I don't want the INJ fuse location.
Wiring them straight to a fuse... Is there not a plug and play harness.

Didnt work for me. The lights stayed on even when my trucj was completely off. I put the fuse into the 10a INJ port and it works fine now.
Instructions unclear. Pecker is stuck in muffler
INJ 10A

Caption needs to be changed, “Tacoma raptor lights wired to DRL’s no headlights” 🤘🏼🤘🏼
I did it that way but my lights stay on even wth the truck engine off
You need to put them in the normal lights fusible, with the adapter.
