For example, you can set a goal of standing up/walking for 1min every 2h at your desk. Do it til it feels natural (doesn't matter if it takes weeks or months to achieve) then set a new goal, like 1min every 1h , etc. You can do it!

I learnt this since I was first allowed to go to town on my own at around 12 years old. Then I was told it's weird. Thing is I hardly had friends and when I tried going out with some mates when I got some short lived friendships... it actually wasn't relaxing it was exhausting. So my fondest memories are going into town. Going to my favourite bookshops. Buying some that I missed and then going to a nearby cafe to get a drink and small snack to relax. Sometimes I'd go to a small restaurant. And this would all be alone. My company was the best company. Granted at the time it was also an escape from others judgement of me (I was undiagnosed autistic go figure. So, I was bullied and didn't even know why I seemed to be a constant target. I joked that I seemed to have an invisible sign on my forehead that said 'bully me' and everyone but me could see it.) Now years later, knowing my diagnosis and having some friends albeit they're a bit scattered geograohy-wise rn... it's still lovely to explore a new place on my own and just enjoy my own company.

There’s a Mont Blanc Special Course at present that’s $21 also for 80 minutes and the course of just sweets without ice cream that’s $15 for 70 minutes. This is based on a conversion rate of $1 to 100円, so the actual prices are lower for those converting their USD. It’s so, SO worth it to go, especially if the current promotion is for a series that you like! I went for the Apothecary Diaries promotion and I have no regrets!
Food aside, the "Mirmo Zibang" anime really brings on the nostalgia. Its such a hit anime show. Especially since internet wasn't as developed. We need to watch it via television and its scheduled. The nostalgia is overwhelming... Malaysian here ❤

In the defense of games like Candyland, The Game of Life, and Chutes and Ladders, even if their game play is bare bones, the designs of the boards are at least pretty to look at, depending on which versions you get. Funny enough, my introduction to The Game of Life was the 90's PC game, and honestly, it's a great example of how a game's aesthetics can make a game so much more entertaining. Each spot on the board has a few different comics and gag clips that play each time a player lands on that spot. So even if you're clearly losing, you still want to keep playing so you can see all gags for each spot.

I went there 8 years ago. That buffet made me eat tomato! The best tomato ever! The sweets were so-so, but for someone growing up in a tropical country, now I know that it's not that I don't like foreign fruits and vegetables; I just need to invest in the expensive ones, lol.
