It would be really funny if we added another layer to the little story they/we have going. (Mandela catalogue style.) The hunters hunt for the fairies crystals because they ward off bad angels. Some of the angels are hunting humans and are causing major casualties but the fairies don’t know that so they think the hunters are just hunting. But the good angels are getting caught in the crossfire trying to get everyone to stop fighting and just agree to at least only kill each other on Fridays, Or even only yearly(like Hazbin hotel or helluva boss esque).
Just sounds like a fun larping interent game to me. Let's make this more normalized on tiktok than the stalking issues.

When I was in elementary school, my friend and I would make “fairy houses” out of the dead mowed grass we would find on the playground. We would make furniture and beds out of sticks and leaves and leave them overnight for fairies to come and stay in them. We would search for fairies around the playground during recess and created a secret club called the fairy friends forever. Thank you for unlocking this memory Chad Chad 😂

That is so cute. I used to play fairy with one of my friends and we would draw a map of the playground area with everything labeled as different fairy hideouts. For example, this one tree in the corner was perfect for a fairy resting spot because it was curved so you could sit on the bottom and it had a tree stump near it like a table.
I wish we made little fairy houses. I actually make dollhouse miniatures and fairy garden accessories now, so if I started then, I probably would have been more skilled now 😆

I (Regrettably) used to watch "How to fly" tutorial videos online. It ranged from jumping off of chairs until you didn't land and just...Yk, Flew. To jumping off of chairs with a BROOM until you flew.
I had a REALLY vivid dream as a kid, Where I jumped off of our coffee table and flew around our house. It felt so real. Only happened a few times. Felt like I was actually flying. It was pretty cool.
Fun fact: the “fairy” this guy caught at 1:10 is actually a spotted wing antlion, an insect that looks like a damselfly. If you look them up you’ll find pictures of them having very similar wings to the one in this video
Yeah that one had the same energy as my convincing the little kids who live next door to my parents that gnomes are real by showing them the holes chipmunks made in our stone wall and claiming they were gnome houses. It’s harmless, and silly, and when I next visited my parents the kids had a whole complicated gnome lore built up.

I couldn't stop thinking of mermaid youtube when the consuming a random "potion" topic came up. So many (fictional) stupid children just drank random liquids and were rewarded with mermaid powers.
Honestly I love fairy roleplay accounts, they’re so funny and the creators are really nice in my experience.

It can be sometimes but when it’s just a little fun I think it’s okay. Like pretending there’s a fairy hunter in the neighbourhood and warning fellow fairies. Or pretending you’re going to fairy school. It is just roleplay after all.
Despite this being seen as "cringe." You have to give them credit for their commitment to make the flying look real.
Edit: I'm not calling the kids cringe I'm just saying some jerks see this as cringe despite the fact these kids pit more effort into fairy vids than these people do with their POVS.
it's just kids with drones, but it's more cute than cringe i think. i'd rather watch fairytok for hours than even just minutes of the superpower/superhero tiktoks

As someone on FairyTok, it's one of the most wholesome things on that whole app. Kids like to make those flying videos but then some other people will go in the comments and say "this is so obviously fake lmao" as some sort of "gotcha" moment. Like we all know it isn't real, why can't we let people have fun?
Honestly the world can be very depressing sometimes, it's great to see people just having fun, 12 year old me would've absolutely loved this
It's so disappointing to me when people try to squash these types of things. Let the kids have fun and flex their imaginations, god knows there's only so many years they'll be allowed to be this carefree.
Well, Some people such as me Do Not Like This fantasy world, Its very cool, but.. Some people just prefer other things. And some people feel second hand embarassment. And not to mention, some people actually take this seriously.

I remember being a kid and playing fairies at recess, I was a winter fairy while my friend was a spring fairy ^-^ we had storylines that spanned months and lore going back across multiple grade years. I say let kids be kids this is just what we used to do but on a larger, digital playground. They look like they're having fun. :)

In 2022 (i was 12) i was literally on of the most famous fairies and i remember my sister (in rp) was the lead of all the fairy hunters (blaire was her name) and me and our other sister (Luna) were both fairies, yet we all hated eachother 💀 i was called Esther, i miss those times. I remember calling someone out for faking their irl death too (i’ll never forget you Paige.)

I feel like kids using their imagination like this is really good, i’ve seen a lot of people bullying and harassing these type of accounts only because they are using their imagination and just having fun. Ppl should just let kids be kids.

Yeah I used to dislike it too for the same reason and thought they were being “hysterical” kinda.
