I'm really enjoying your videos and working through some of the earlier editions. I think very important is the concept of energy circles. Yin Jin Jing for me is after warm up is a great stand alone form but also great precursor to Dao Yin Yang Shen or Wu Xin Qi. Your instruction is providing a excellent reference. 🙏

Hi Viktor, thank you for your question. There are no limits to repetitions but the practices are meant to be a Health Qigong. They exercises should feel beneficial and energising rather than tiring or too challenging. I like to warm up then practice the 12 minute routine here: ua-cam.com/video/5d-aBIOKg_8/v-deo.html

Thank you Lily for your clear teaching and gracious presence. I found your channel only a week ago when I was searching for Yi Jin Jing- which I was drawn to as I have been experiencing alot of pain in my body recently. After one week of practicing I am already feeling the benefit. I have a question- I always experience pain in the sides of my feet when I practice Qi gong- I think it is because they are very flat and hypermobile. Do you have any suggestions for strengthening them - or any of your videos you would recommend to help? Thank you in advance.
