1997 BMW Z3 2.8L OEM full exhaust system replacement with my Dad helping me out

replacing the front y-pipe and catalytic converter with new oem part along with replacing the resonator pipe and muffler with used Certified BMW parts. my dad is helping me out with this one. a couple Portuguese translations too.

Excellent video. I also have 1999 2.8L, but not much videos out there for our 2.8 model. I'm currently encountering difficulty trying to take out the rusted nuts of front end of muffler. The six 15mm head nuts for our 2.8L model. I've seen many guys ending up breaking the bolts or grinding the nuts and bolts. I was surprised to see you guys made it with all six bolts intact. How did you guys did it? Did you used the torch and heated, before unscrewing? or used a very strong torque impact wrench? I'm bit hesitant to use the torch to burn. Thinking about using the Makita 6906 Impact Wrench(588Nm torque.) I've initially used 360Nm torque Impact Wrench, but unsuccessful. What are your thoughts?
