Sakurai doesn't take the fans into consideration... a lot of times this upsets me... but logically we could end up getting Goku and Shrek if all fan suggestions are taken seriously.

I felt so dirty about the backthrow, yet he felt UP unless you abused it, but now he's been balanced in several areas... man am I hyped! Again, thank you for putting in the hard work doing what Nintendo won't for some dumb reason!
+WolfJounin Just what was the previous back throw like?
The back throw was his only OP thing in the previous patch, killing as early as 40% around center stage if you pummeled just once, but most of his other moves felt under powered, like his jab was really really bad.
Far more stronger than Ness's back throw? Wow that is really OP.

Plus, the makers of Melee could've at least gave him his own special moves, like they did with Jigglypuff (or in their case "Purin")

Is there anyone who watched this video who went back to a vanilla smash game and thought, "Ah, good ol' Falcondorf! Glad Sakurai would never change him!"
Never have I ever been more tempted to say goodbye to 3.61. I would miss Lyn and Knuckles too much, but this mod is amazing. I commend you for this triumphant effort and wish that Sakurai had done the same with him. I mean, if he did, it would have obviously not been like this, but at least I could truly call him Ganondorf rather than Black Shadow.
+Medachod, What if I said you could still have Knuckles, Lyn and have both these Ganons as well as other characters of your choice?
You see in order for Oot Ganondorf to have his own slot, they used PM+BrawlEX. Hell, In my build I already have Knuckles.
Dio Brando I was always worried about stability when using that. Oh, and having to reinsert all the textures and all for the stage select icons, having to re-replace all the textures again (I don't know how to add new series logos to stages, new title screens or images, so I replace as many ones as I can that I don't need) and so on.
And my biggest gripe, for sure, is that I can't add a new series logo for characters or single victory themes. If this made that an easier process, I'd do the reinserting right away.

TheBronzegreekgod No, I can't, lol. For 3.61, I still don't know how to change the code to add Ganondorf. Nor do I know how to add slots without crashing, so I just stick to my stable 3.61 that barely crashes.
Honestly, I could live without Swordendorf and I would happily replace Ganondorf with the magic Ganondorf that goes over Lucario so that I can have him and Lucario. I could live with that, I really could.
Or, Olimar. I'd happily replace Olimar with the magic Ganondorf.

I've been playing project Ganondorf for like a month now and I absolutely love it. I'm very excited to play the new update. It addresses every issue I had with the original and looks pretty solid. Please keep up the good work and thanks for contributing.

I don't know why but it really bothers me. is that there for a reason, or was that the same in the previous release?

After watching and playing Smash Ultimate, I can't get over how thin this mod's sword looks like compared to Ultimate's.
Back in the day, we used the term "launch power" for Smash Bros. games instead of "knockback".

This is amazing, but I still kinda wish you'd made it Toon Ganon just to make them visually more distinct from one another. That said, you've made their gameplay incredibly different! For that, you should be applauded. It's almost at the point now where the normal Ganon might as well be changed to Black Shadow to give F-Zero another rep.
Yeah, make TP Ganon sword only, and make his PM (3.5/Brawl) moveset Black Shadow.

The balances look amazing! Will you release a version where Fist ganon is replaced with 3.6 ganon but still has sword mode? I know a lot of people that still want to use tournament legal gandondorf but play with the sword mod as well.

It feels so weird to see Fat Captain Falcon use a sword in a Smash Bros game. It almost feels unnatural. Still a cool mod.

So back then it was on ft_lucario before due to Aura Sphere (the real projectile instead of fake projectile)

so i gots a quick curious question...ive decided im gonna try[TRY being the keyword] and more or less pull a project m and merge the sound banks for ganondorf and your oot ganondorf together so that one, ootdorf can have a proper crouch sound effect and 2 some of the item sounds arent overwritten...and ive found most of the sound effects...except one....i noticed the zapping sound effect replaces a coin sound but i cant seem to find the one in particular. i know it couldnt be over a characters coin sound effect cause theyd need to be in battle since you have ootdorfs sound file over crazy hand and therefore he uses his sound bank
if you remember where the orb crash/critical zap[as ive come to call it] is, would you please let me know so i may finish this attempt at a project of mine?

the reason he did it with ganondorf is because he was just a clone of captain falcon, and he felt ganondorf deserved more than that

Does the 2.1 patch for Project ganondorf work with an .iso builder? I tried to play this via The Ultimate Super Smash Bros Brawl .iso Builder and loading it in USB Loader GX but it only stays on a black screen, as if the iso is broken or something.
In the iso builder, I've used both Vanilla Brawl and the project M iso as the iso file for the builder, and have also used the rsbe01.gct files from both the vanilla project M folder and the project Ganondorf 2.1 patch folder.
In fact, neither the 2.0 or 2.1 release seems to work after putting it through Brawl Builder at all.
Any ideas/solutions? (I've got a PAL Wii so USB Loader GX is the only way I can play project M).

Is there a way to make it work in Regular brawl? I tried to put them in it. Sword Ganon works just fine but Ocarina of Time Ganon crashes the game. I renamed the whole fitOotGanon folder to fitlucario and it works but then it randomly crashes. Am i doing something wrong? Or its not supposed to work? And if not. Will it be a Regular Brawl release?

Yes it is. I actually managed to add the currently released mage ganon without replacing lucario in my current pm build, but waiting for him to release this more balanced one. plus I NEED those new CSS portraits.
I won't be satisfied until I see Oot Ganondorf turn into Pig Ganon for his Final Smash and I see Toon Ganondorf. Capiche?

Do you know why Pig Ganon crashes when I try to use it on Sword Ganondorf? Most other costumes work, right? So why not this one?
I stumbled across what seems to be a glitch. You may already know about this, but when the mod is installed, Mario's Doctor Alts load as standard Mario with Doc's pills rather than fireballs. I do not know whether this also happens with other Alts. Anyway, just thought I should inform you in the case that you don't already know.

Is it possible for you to release versions of both Ganondorfs with individual codes? I already have a build setup and every time I try to add him to it with the unknown codes it forces Project M to not boot

1_MARIO: cuando yo escojo a mario doctor este no sale con su traje de doctor pero tiene los efectos eléctricos y las píldoras pero sin el traje sale como un mario normal .
2_bowser: (uso el control normal del wii) es sobre un truco que se puede hacer en la porject m normal es que si presionas el botón signo de menos este al empezar la partida se trasforma en gigan bowser pero con el mod ya no se trasforma y a mi me gusta mucho ese truco pero ya no se trasforma.
3_este es el problema que mas me disgusta mucho y son las técnicas finales de luigi,king dedede,peach,donking kong sus tecnicas finales se realizan bien el problema es k al realizarlas no se escucha se queda mudo el juego no suenan y molesta mucho .
nose que pueda hacer ojala puedas leer esto y puedas ayudarme me encanta este mod es uno de los mejores que e visto al igual que el de redly si este problema solo me pasa ami me puedes decir como se arregla y si le pasa a mas personas puedes sacar una pequeña actualización arreglando esto espero por tu respuesta
