Looks a nice property with potential and, if someone was committed to living there, I could see why it would be a interesting proposition. However, at 8.5m you would have to go some to get the cash back; large swaths of what you are buying is untouched currently unprofitable land without infrastructure. It’s also not on the typical tourist path and as nice as things like pools are, they require regular maintenance £££
I do miss Thai beds as they can easily fit the whole family of 4 in them 😂❤. English beds are very small for king size due to the English houses are very small! Note: I’m not that big 😆
It has always been one's understanding, when looking at potential, buying of Thai Property. That as an average, Jane, or Joe average Brit, or any foreigner, farang; one cannot actually, buy land in Thailand, well unless you Fellas, tie the knot with a Thai woman ... So, that kinda leaves us solo farang women, left out of the mix. I'm now into my early 70s, and as much as one is still tempted on Thailand to retire to, however, am aware of hidden costs also of, insurances, et al ... Plus also ... UK State Pension Payments, remains Frozen, if living there full time. Unless of course, one does the 6 months runs. Welcome your thoughts, Les ... Would you be comfortable chatting via Email? ... Yep I agree we have a large bed and we love it. a normal double in the UK 🙏 feels like a single here.
