Thanks for your videos Wayne. Im looking to retire to Thailand next year . My wife owns her own home about two hours south of Chiangmai . I have been visiting Chiangmai regularly for about 15 yrs now and it is my favourite city in the world. We will probably pick up a condo in Chiangmai and split our time between the two. Your real estate videos have been very helpful. I look forward to buying you a beer some day.
Thank you buddy! It sounds like you have a great plan and 2 hours south sounds good. Chiang Mai certainly is special and nowhere like it. Thanks again and I will look forward to the beer. 👍

I was down at Thaphae gate on Sunday night and they were frolicking with the pigeons
I passed the other night and they was in full flow also. It will be interesting to keep watching about this story, see how it all unfolds.

Just to stress your point of your travels hurting your channel sir... Of course I can only speak for myself... but I'll say I have skipped over your videos during all of your out of country travels. I'm here for the Thai education and information.
No worries buddy, Malaysia is not everyone’s cup of tea. What I found is locals watch in Malaysia, but in Thailand you get Westerners from all over the globe.
Just sent you a message on instagram, I arrived in Chiang Mai a couple days ago keen for a beverage 😁
Little bit tied up at the minute buddy. Welcome to Chiang Mai though and hope to see you in the city.
