Looks amazing but i would not buy anything in thailand that is under 5yo. You get what you pay for. Construction quality in thailand, particularly in recent years is absolutely appalling. Stuff starts to fall apart very quickly. Maintenance issues are huge. The build quality and standards we are used to and expect in the west are not standard in thailand.

In a nutshell, yes, you can buy the house as a foreigner but you can not own the land on which the house stands. Complete and absolute ownership for foreigners is possible only in the case of a condominium. Land in Thailand can only be purchased and owned by a Thai citizen. For instance the Thai wife buys the land and the foreign husband buys the house. That is possible. My wife is Thai and we are also thinking about buying a house, since we prefere it from living in a condo. Before not long ago it was completely impossible for foreigners to buy and own a house but now it is possible only that you need a Thai partner who will own the land on which the house stands.
And you can't buy this in Thailand as a Forigner either. This is if you want to give your money to Thail wife and she owns the house, which means you own nothing.

You can arrange to lease the property back from them so you will always have access but what is the point. I am fairly certain you can buy a condo outright if the owners of the units in the building are a Thai majority. All property over there barely appreciates in value and the rent is a fraction of what it is in the west. Leave your assets/money in your country of origin and rent in Thailand.
