On 28th April , the Ruler of Dubai - His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum approved the Designs for the new Passenger Terminals at the Al Maktoum International Airport and gave the Go Ahead for commencing the Construction of the new Airport at a Cost of 128 Bn AED which is 35 Bn USD. Moreover South of Dubai is still way less Priced compared to the Central Dubai Area , so the price will grow here in the future, Slow and Steady
