Rupert, the soil seems to be sandy, which seems to absorb the water, and the drains are huge too, but without proper maintenance, they will be blocked.
The factory corporation of jamaica on there Facebook page and youtube plus the MP for Portland has advised the development for the Portland Town Center is going to be launch in August. Ann Vaz the MP for the Portland constituency where the new Portland town center is located was seeing touring the proposed project with CHEC and the FCJ. I dont care what people say but credit to Andrew Holness as in less than 8 years he has transformed the eastern parishes of St Thomas and Portland and had made St Mary a new destination with international flights to Bocobel Airport. On that note American Airlines is going daily instead of twice weekly come the middle of December. Great news for Portland town center with the FCJ alao advertising the spaces for rental already
@@raycapitalforex Sandals has navy island which is for a 5 star hotel and Micheal Lee Chin under his Portland brand Halloween has plans for 5 star in Portland but St Thomas is more ideal as it huge amount of land for development of a hotel and we already heard from Ed Barleyye and the PM that a 1000 room hotel by Dominica Republic investors will be coming to rhe parish
