I love everything about this project project. I wish we had more properly planned development here in Jamaica. We have development but sometimes I'm saddened be caused most of them are rushed and not properly planned to be integrated in the communities they are in. Some can be an eyesore. I love this though 100%
It looks like they're building very close to the shoreline... I would be a little worried about erosion as time goes on... But anyway, nice promo video.

Oh wow, Ladies i am so so proud of you, and i am grateful to the chinese people for giving you all this opportunity, i cannot wait to visit this beautiful project when i visit Jamaica.
Not shocked one bit with all these negative comments 😩. Jamaicans don’t like jamaica and only want to see and hear negativity coming outta jamaica . Any thing that has any level of positivity is met with anger and dam near hatred. Obviously this is a high end real estate project and it’s not meant for the so called average Jamaican . Outsiders see the beauty of the island while the locals view it as hell on earth .And I know it’s hard for the negative toxic mindset individuals to believe but you have a lot of Jamaicans living on the island making legal money who can also afford a unit in the pinnacle.
We tried this before right down the street and it failed. It was called Palmyra and is now a resort hotel Jewel Grande. If people don’t pay the HOA fees then what??
@Cleo1John Home Owners Association Fee. It's a monthly fee you pay that takes care of maintaining the amenities of the community. For example if you live in a community that has HOA fees. The HOA will ensure they provide security, maintain the aesthetic of the community, and it might cover other costs like access to club house, might cover internet and cable etc, water, electricity etc.
@fitzroywilliam2696...the global economy has changed radically since the Palmyra debacle...tall buildings/condos are going up in Kingston which has a weaker global market appeal vis-a-vis Mobay.
Woooowwwwwww this interview doesn’t feel Jamaican nor they look Jamaican but they are all Jamaican just so amazing. So proud of these women that is apart of this project
I am so proud of the things that these super women are doing. I saw a futuristic project that is in the works for Jamaica, this is not the Jamaica I left. For example Iived and worked in Kingston back in the 50s to the 70s minus 4 years when I was in the Bahamas, and GuantanamoBay, the last time I was in Jamaica I couldn't find my way around things have changed dramatically. Thanks to the developers who have put Jamaica on the positive highway. Big up yourselves ladies and gentlemen of Jamaica.
Congratulations Jamaica great projects. Only a small correction. The tallest buildings in the Caribbean are in Santo Domingo, capital of the Dominican Republic. Caney Tower (39 floors) and Anacaona Tower (42 floors).
The tallest building in Dominican Republic is 584 feet the pinnacle will be over 1000 feet the amount of floors doesn't determine the height of a building

Throp congratulation on the wonderful work you are doing. I am so glad that you are highlighting the job these wonderful ladies are doing. I remember as a child always want to live in Bourne Mount Gdns, or Doncaster in East Kingston overlooking the beautiful Kingston Harbour. Port Royal needs a make over too, with some small hotels, and some three storey houses. Look at the various lslands in the Bahamas, look how they are develop. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

I like the idea of having the amenities prior as it’s u fair buying and waiting for other infrastructures. This seems amazing development for mobay and Jamaica. Can’t wait to see it!
I love everything about this project project. I wish we had more properly planned development here in Jamaica. We have development but sometimes I'm saddened be caused
most of them are rushed and not properly planned to be integrated in the communities they are in. Some can be an eyesore. I love this though 100%
Brilliant development and brilliant production and interview Throp! Thank you for the effort you and your team put into this!
This is so inspiring! Really good job on your interview and diving deep into the meaning behind the project and the allstar female leadership 👌🏾
It looks like they're building very close to the shoreline... I would be a little worried about erosion as time goes on... But anyway, nice promo video.
this looks so exciting for Mobay and JA as a whole...
That was awesome 👏. I’m checking around to see what is available and what I can afford. I saw a video about Belize too. This was very enlightening and exciting for Jamaica. It looks like a Miami high rise. ❤
Thanks SO much!
This is a wholesome content well put together on this project which will defo served as catalyzst to more development like this. Well done to all those beautiful ladies involved and we will wait woth great excitement to see the end product. Thank you sir for this well informative video on this wonderful project.
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 thanks for watching
Young people should invest in this project. Purchase a unit. Proud of our Jamaican ladies. The privacy aspect is welcoming. Next project an awesome healthcare facility for the people of Jamaica regardless of their economic status
4 massive hospitals are currently under construction the Spanish town hospital recently broke ground, the 6 floor children adolescent hospital in montego bay, the 6 floor hospital at UWI and the massive development and upgrades at the university hospital you can goggle all if the jamaica is on the move never in my life has I ever seen so many developments happening at the same time
Of them
Oh wow, Ladies i am so so proud of you, and i am grateful to the chinese people for giving you all this opportunity, i cannot wait to visit this beautiful project when i visit Jamaica.
Outsiders see the beauty of the island while the locals view it as hell on earth .And I know it’s hard for the negative toxic mindset individuals to believe but you have a lot of Jamaicans living on the island making legal money who can also afford a unit in the pinnacle.
great points
We tried this before right down the street and it failed. It was called Palmyra and is now a resort hotel Jewel Grande. If people don’t pay the HOA fees then what??
Real estate is the oldest ponzi scam in history. Every couple decades there is another fools gold rush with a new generation to fool. It is what it is
what is HOA fees ??
@Cleo1John Home Owners Association Fee.
Palmyra is beautiful! I was there
@fitzroywilliam2696...the global economy has changed radically since the Palmyra debacle...tall buildings/condos are going up in Kingston which has a weaker global market appeal vis-a-vis Mobay.
Woooowwwwwww this interview doesn’t feel Jamaican nor they look Jamaican but they are all Jamaican just so amazing. So proud of these women that is apart of this project
Progress! Development! Positive Growth! 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
its a beautiful thing
I am so proud of the things that these super women are doing. I saw a futuristic project that is in the works for Jamaica, this is not the Jamaica I left. For example Iived and worked in Kingston back in the 50s to the 70s minus 4 years when I was in the Bahamas, and GuantanamoBay, the last time I was in Jamaica I couldn't find my way around things have changed dramatically. Thanks to the developers who have put Jamaica on the positive highway. Big up yourselves ladies and gentlemen of Jamaica.
Thank you for this interview. It was very insightful
Greatness I’m scared of heights but I definitely would love to live on the 28 floors so I can see my neighbors in Cuba 🇨🇺
bahaha that would be cool
Congratulations Jamaica great projects. Only a small correction. The tallest buildings in the Caribbean are in Santo Domingo, capital of the Dominican Republic. Caney Tower (39 floors) and Anacaona Tower (42 floors).
Height of buildings aren’t measured by floors , pinnacle will be the tallest in height
The tallest building in Dominican Republic is 584 feet the pinnacle will be over 1000 feet the amount of floors doesn't determine the height of a building
Magical! Exciting! Looking forward to the finished project ❤
exciting indeed
Well done on the video and the interview Thorpe! Top notch!
So amazing so proud of this project doing great things
thanks for watching!
Beautiful. Throp you have out done yourself with this video. ❤❤🇯🇲🙏🏾

great job as usual mr throp you know I'm one of your day one subscriber this interview was magnificent but i really think the government should recognize and salute Issia madden for this ground breaking project and the many projects she has been involved in in our beautiful country I'm filled with pride knowing that our own jamaican sister is the lead architect on so many amazing projects across jamaica teary eyes right now we jamaicans are some amazing people!! call me self centered but it's the truth we're
If this isn’t motivation to get rich , Idk what will be . Just wow
Big things happening in Jamaica 🇯🇲
exciting times
Who can we contact to purchase?
I believe I am on board for this one ❤
Great job all around by everyone involved. Of course being Jamaica there will be some who are bad mind... and others who have no clue about anything involved but are negative. Glad to see more jobs created and more tax paying entities.
Awesome video!!!! 🎉 go Jamaica.
Very informative and educational.
hey, THROP, who's the person walking outside the shot during the on ground walk through? ..Personal Secruity?
You go ladies! Wish you the best!🎉😊 Well done again Throp,👍
Wonderful name for the project ( Pinnacle).
Throp congratulation on the wonderful work you are doing. I am so glad that you are highlighting the job these wonderful ladies are doing. Montego Bay is a very nice area, but Kingston needs a make over. The Bahamas is the no.l tourist destination in the Caribbean. We need m😂ore development in the Eastern Parishes Portland, and St. Thomas. I hope someone will see the vision and make it a reality. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.
a very good investment, I'm so proud of my island, Jamaica.
LOVE THIS!!!!!!
Thank you!
A great watch. Just imagine, some years ago I watched a few football games on that very site.
Love it, very beautiful concept but I am a afraid of hurricanes and earthquakes! Too close to the water 💦
great video love this for jamaica
Thank you!!
This is great for Jamaica
