1-Join the discord server
discord.com/invite/tf2classic-android-community-server-1154439415637213204
2-And then install the lastest version of TF2 classic apk from the TF2 android annonces channel (inu the discord server)
3- and after that install file game 4.1gb TF2 classic.zip from installation channel (in the discord server)
4-Now you need zarchiver
Open zarchiver and create folder with name 'screng' and extract the TF2classic.zip into the screng folder
5-almost you done you need to get hl2+platform
If you have hl2 in your steam account or using the link:

6-take hl2 and platform files into screng folder and when you done
Go to tf2classic apk and select to screng folder and then lunch the game
7-And Enjoy
