I am pretty sure that he wanted to sacrifice him self the defeat the robot since he knew that he would fail or die either way, like after the soldier went down the sniper thought that he was dead, and also demo. So the sniper knew he would die if he stayed up but also the same stakes if he let go of the parachute but since he is good at close range he took the shot without the parachute at a much closer range
I can image the process of making this video is hard and enjoyable for the producer, only the one who is passionate can provide us such high quality stuff.
The first time i watched this SFM, i stopped after a few minutes due to the lack of voices making the video hard to follow. Thanks for making this more enjoyable. :)

Dude, you have impressed me, im those ones that jugde every little aspect of the content. But i can only just say, that was awesome, voice acting is perfect, timing is perfect, the sync is just clean, you even considered the mood of the characters, you deserve a like from every tf2 player.

Thank you so much!! :D You really made my day! :) To get the voice acting so clear, ( with Camtasia Studio 8 ) I go to the audio settings on the clip, click remove clipping, noise removal 50 or 64 percent, to remove any backround noise..and that's pretty much it. :3 And sometimes I make the noise much louder for certain clips with custom settings on advanced audio. Did that make sense? XD
Sniping is half skill, half confidence. Skill you gain with time and never lose, but confidence is a funny thing. It has ups and downs, and beating yourself up over missing a few shots can have a big impact. So to all the sniper players out there, you can do it. Believe in yourself!

Ah, that's because that no, I couldn't do that part in slow motion.. just didn't sound good. It sounded better silent. And, pull back, we didn't have a deep enough voice for soldier, so we just kept that out. Ye, we missed those two. XP
XD Oh.. well, I've had a problem with my laptop where it crashes a lot. And it tends to get very laggy. So when I tried to put the huge project together, it constantly crashed my project, when I didn't save some, and I had to keep putting it together, and adding more stuff in. Even when I was uploading, it crashed several times before I could finish the upload. So, yeah. That's why it took me so long to make this. XD
