Do you become a triggerfinger god when settingen those buttons to R1, therefor being able to double press R1 and basically shooting twice your normal amount of bullets in the same time..
I’ve found that pressing a button and the paddle it’s bound to doesn’t work at all. Pressing the same button before you let go of the paddle means it all counts as one press in my experience. I would have bought this a couple of years back when jetpack call of duty's where a thing. Being able to thrust jump while aiming was huge and you could instantly recognise a player who had a scuf. Now i dont see a real use, i also stopped playing cod because i was addicted to prestiging. Yep, years of (not good) changes and its the prestige one in modern warfare that got me out haha
Why are these buttons not, simply, two _new_ buttons (L4/R4)? So that I can add _additional_ functionality to the controller, say, via the custom button mapping menus that most of my games have, where so many inputs lie dormant/unnassigned... "Just" adding alternative ways to press an already existing button does little to gain any advantage, for me anyways (as L3/R3 already hold my most advantageous re-assignments).
Lol i'd rather not have them. i'd end up pressing them by mistake. Same with paddles on scuff controllers. I use claw grip instead, which is just as good as using a scuff controller.

Pre ordered one way back when it was announced. Bought on amazon. Which promptly sold out. But, I use my third fingers on it and rest my middle on the top with my first fingers on triggers. My Scuf impact broke within about a year and a half. Before I officially had to have it shipped off, the L3 button's run function (as many games use L3 as a means for sprinting) started to more than occasionally cancel my sprint. It was probably an issue with the stick itself, or the board that it uses in side the controller. The repairs cost me around $120 with shipping included. It's worth noting that my controller was a custom controller, which might've been used as an excuse for as to why the repairs cost so much. I was also charged for labor twice; once for when the interior board was replaced and then again for when the shipping invoice came in. $10 of labor costs was applied to the second invoice because they had to apparently change the face plate on the controller, of which was not part of my repair request. I DID ask for them to touch up the paint on the 4 right side buttons....but I'm not sure why I was charged an additional $20 for an entire face plate. I might as well just touched up the paint myself....as it's just a ruby red color. Overall, I can't help but feel like I was being nickle and dimed for a couple of simple repairs....
Matt me too man, but I think the won’t because most people don’t play like that. Many are just casual players or will use the PS5 for a streaming hub. I do however think they can put that in a Pro version.
This is really a handy addition to the controller! I have been looking into devices of this nature due to severe arthritis. Pushing down on R3 has become a painful experience. And, I have started ignoring that button in current gaming. Dead Eye for RDR2, sprint or melee in many other games, for example. This would definitely give me a new and less painful option.
Playing Apex legends, and having sometimes issues with the configuration I tried especially to replace R3 and O...it makes it only worse for me. It's still to big so I press on it when it's critical action...and rip. It's a very good quality, jack is great but I guess I will need to practice..

I have a 3.4 KD but I just wanted something to give me a bit more of an advantage when it came to competitive gunfights . I then heard of this attachment so I bought this attachment about a week ago. If you’ve never used a scuff . Let me tell you. It’ll take a while to get used to. It’s all about muscle memory . Gotta just adjust . I use triangle on my left paddle . And on my right paddle I have (jump) so when you jump shotting , you don’t take your thumbs off the joystick . I use triangle on left paddle so I can plate up when I’m in a bad situation but also keep my thumbs ready to shoot and aim . It’s convinient . And I slide cancel / crouch on my joystick . At first it’s going to feel super uncomfortable. I thought it was gonna take me a month to get used to. That’s how bad I felt . I would just forget which paddle was which . When I would be in a competitive gun fight . You just gotta get used to using your fingers . I wanted to remove the attachment at first that’s how bad I felt . It just felt very uncomfortable . It took me about 3 /4 days to get used to it . As far as remembering the paddles . Bunny hopping so much easier now . Jump shotting easier . I like it . I would rate it 7.5/10 . The buttons are good quality . Feels great . The only complaint I have with it . Is that its a bit bulky . That’s the only complaint I have
I’m considering to buy one of these for warzone too but is it possible to just put one button to one paddle only ? Or I have to put two buttons for the two paddles
I still love scuf though especially because of the customization. This is however great for people that are not super competitive, and it is great for people with less money.

D1 gameplay in 2020 lol. Seems like a solid review, I’ll looking around to buy it.
I agree, hope this comes in the near future
What exactly do we need an extra two buttons for in gaming?
@@MrSteamedchicken for example titanfall 2 it's hard to aim and jumping or slideing at the same time this maybe not be useful for everyone but I think it's worth it in my opinion

Very very very useful for high mobility games like the old CODs/ Apex legends/ titanfalls/ overwatch/ idk I’m sure there’s others. I really only use it for competitive shooters. Pre ordered one way back when it was announced. Bought on amazon. Which promptly sold out. But, I use my third fingers on it and rest my middle on the top with my first fingers on triggers. That’s just me. Very comfortable for me. And now I find myself squeezing the back of my controllers on my Xbox when I want to press what would be “x” or “o” or it feels very weird holding a normal controller without it. Got this instead of a scuf purely because of cost. I like it.
Damn bro always on top of everything. Keep doing what you're doing.
I own a scuf and I can admit one of the biggest parts of having a scuf is the back paddles, especially on a game like siege.

I played siege for a bit and now only play it from time to time, what would be good buttons to have the paddles for
IRL_steff 100% circle for crouching, and my next main one is left on the dpad for pinging things. I have four paddles so I can do two more but I mainly use those two
DoYouLikeMyComment? Ah yes, I was wondering what I could use it for if I got this attachment, don’t think it would be viable with me as I play claw with my right hand for years now so have no problems crouching and aiming and stuff

Scuf controllers have terrible build quality and are overpriced, so this makes more sense.
