Hello, as a 911 dispatcher, and watching so many of your videos so far, i would like to say that if you have access to wifi as you mentioned in a prev video, then with some phones you can use wifi for making calls. Also, many states now have text to 911, so if you can send a text via your wifi, then you may be able to text to 911. Research the the city and or county you will be staying in and see if they have text to 911. Glad you all are ok and i am really enjoying binge watching your videos right now!!!

I'm also a retired federal law enforcement officer. I am extremely privileged to be able to carry my concealed Glock 19 in any state with my retired credentials and never have to obtain a permit, and while we are RVing, I'm always armed. We placed a small sign on the door of the RV that says "occupants are armed" in both English and Spanish. So far no issues.

Glad you all are safe and congratulations on taking responsibility for your safety, that's something many refuse to do. As a prior law enforcement officer and military veteran, I feel confident that I can protect myself and my wife. As I get older I realize a firearm is more important as I become physically weaker. You should always assume an intruder is armed, larger and experienced in grappling and striking skills. Never voluntarily give up a position of superiority to grapple. Create a PACE plan for everything. Primary, alternate contingency, emergency. You should assume there are multiple people that may be waiting to assist the intruder. Never expose your back to an unknown threat. Stay safe and God bless.

I always just take the ladder off my RVs. Then I park next to a wall and stand on it if I need to work on the roof or jump up top. You never know when kids might climb up there and start jumping on your roof🤷‍♂️, so better safe than sorry. As far as I'm concerned I never go back up there after I seal the roof. No need for roof storage if you don't own too much junk either. Also the rails and ladder cost in gas mileage. You'll notice less wind drag after removing them.

Never tell anyone you have a weapon. If they are legit threat, then you just gave your hand away. The element of surprise is key in a conceal carry pull. Also, "cocking your gun" does nothing to scare an intruder. If someone knows you are there, they are likely on drugs and willing to do what it takes to get what they want. Know your state law, and if you feel an imminent threat handle your business.

Two things pop out to me as a single female RVer and fellow CC permit holder. I understand you have a daughter so gun safety for you, and having one in the chamber at all times, may be different. But racking your slide loudly won't deter anyone. All that serves to do is give away your position which is horrible in an RV with such thin walls. They can just start shooting and you would never know where they were.
And the other thing that stood out to me is you went outside. When I first moved to the country, my first week there, I was startled awake by a huge bang. I didn't know if it was on the roof, the door, the side of the house, and my first instinct was to grab my shotgun and go out to investigate. Then my emergency management training kicked in and I thought someone could be trying to get me outside. It was pitch black on my property and they would surely have the upper hand with me opening the door. I made a pact with myself that night to never go looking for the fight and only engage if they entered or attempted to enter the home. I kept that pact when I moved into an RV.
I'm glad it worked out well and no one was hurt. I hope it never happens again. Safe travels.

    • @RVOddCouple
      @RVOddCouple  5 років тому +3

You bring up excellent points. Racking doesn't really do much and staying inside is the ideal. But we are a 50AMP on a 30 AMP and the breaker popped. (scary) So he went out to turn power back on and check things out. But better advice is to stay inside!

My husband, a Vietnam Vet, anc I both have our concealed carry permits. Be sure you have USCCA insurance! My husband and I both have it and it covers each of up to $5 million, for attorneys, etc, I’m the event we have to use our weapons. In addition, we can download laws for wherever we are, take training courses on line, or at any facility near us. It will also cover me if I can’t get to my pistol and kill a creeper with a bat or my filet knife, lol!! Covers us both for a little over $600 per year. We have found a lot of peace in knowing that if we do have to resort to using our weapon, we know what to say to first responders (who will arrest you), and know that we have a squad of attorneys on the way!! BTW, only tell law enforcement that you are willing to fully cooperate and answer any questions as soon as you speak to your attorney, then shut up and let them take you in. @@kkmiller63 You must be careful when listening too, like you say! I was working a horse mounted detail one night at a rock concert! I was riding through a parking lot, and thought I heard a woman screaming, and tried to locate where the screams were coming from! Understand, this was a rural area, not exactly or directly in a city, but a little outside, where sound will carry quite a ways. I spent about 15 minutes trying to locate those screams, when all of sudden it stopped! Well, after the concert, I was loading the horses into a trailer, and one of the other officers was telling a story about a young lady and gentleman who were in an area that was quite open, and while in the throws of passion, she got quite vocal, shall we say? And her voice apparently was being carried throughout the area, as some of the other officers had heard the same screams and had been looking for their origin! Well, the officer telling the story, embarrassed as he was telling the story, was more embarrassed confronting the couple when he came upon them, and informed them of what was happening and where they were! (I guess they had collected a bit of a crowd???) Anyway, the noise stopped, never to be heard again that night! I think the concert was Phil Collins! From a distance, it was pretty good! Up close? Not so good!

, New York law says if you are traveling across the state and can legally possess the firearm where you started and where you are going you can transport it legally with no issues, but if you stop in NY and spend the night at a campground or hotel, you are in violation of NY law and can be arrested if found with a firearm. Some safety things to ponder.... Satellite phone, emergency satellite personal locator with two way communication.. Wireless Driveway alarm, you have a control box in your rig battery operated and you can add as many as 4 wireless sensors and each one has a distinct tone so you know which one is being triggered some of them are good for about 1/2 a mile away the batteries last a long time. I have one inside my shed right by the door in one on a gas grill covering my driveway hidden of course. I I've taken mine apart and put black fingernail Polish over the LED inside of the sensor so it doesn't give away its position at night.
    Hopefully this helped

Hey guys. My hubby and i live full time (until recently) in an rv in las vegas/henderson nv in an rv park that just recently got new owners. But they've gone through literally 6managers in like 2 yrs. Same with their maintenance people. We are grandfathered in. But last year they removed a tree stump that was on my space by the water spigot. Well they unhooked our hose and did the removal when we werent there or notifying us. And then they hooked the hose back up. Even though we shut the water off at the spigot whenever we leave for an extended period of time somehow a water leak occured. Bottom line they didnt want to replace their spigot when they removed the stump so they just hooked our hose up to it. This is a problem because we didnt know that the valve in the water spigot is a faulty one. So even though we were shutting the water off and closing our tanks whenever we were gonna be gone it still had running water. I just realized where the problem originated from in May. The park told us that they arent going to fix the water spigot until we fix the water leak our rv has. Whats the best way to handle this situation?

"Please help me my brother is trying to kill me "I yelled through the door I am calling the police". There are only about 12 RVs here at Findlay SP in Ohio. No guard at entrance, honor system, anyone free to drive in. Sheriff got here in 10 minutes and said they talked to the group down from us and they heard nothing. (I Suspect it was them, 3 VW vans, same kind on 3 connecting sites) Cops came to us after and said that group saw nothing, maybe someone was just trying to see if anyone was in our camper to steal something. Side door was double locked but not the van passenger door. Learned a lesson there. We are still shaken. Didn't sleep the rest on the night. We do not carry, at this point.

I might as well say as my opinion, aside from cameras and sensor-spotlights around the RV why not try let one dog stay overnight under the RV, change shifting with onother dog every other day for deterrent when someone roams around or somebody gets to the rooftop...and nice one you got car alarm in case...and the best of all youve got a well-planned emergency SOPs...Nice video topic for the rest of RV neighbors!!

I also am a member of USCCA and have been for several years. It was brought to my attention by a lawyer from Arizona, that in the USCCA policy, (section III, paragraph L) they can recoup/recover the amount of any payments made, if insured is found guilty. This attorney also noted that in about 95% of these cases, defendants are found guilty, usually of a lesser charge by means of a plea bargain. Now does that deter me from having this coverage, NO. It's better than nothing at all. But it is something to keep in mind. As a retired Correctional Officer, I would also encourage you to take some personal self defense classes. There are many classes out there that are very good for personal protection. My personal opinion, using great body harm/deadly force is a absolute last resort. You and only you must provide your own safety and security.

I live alone on wooded rural acreage, and have had prowlers, outbuildings broken into, theft, etc. I have a couple doggies now, and they are the ultimate alarm system, and I know the sleepless nights when alerted to trespass, have spoke to the dark, giving fair warning.. once found a machete next to my storage building/art studio behind my house. My daughter and her baby were staying with me, and we'd been doing a repair the night before, went out to get some tools, and heard something next to building.. having "more balls than brains" we two women went and circled the building, but of course didn't see anything, and went back inside house. I found the machete next to the bldg, when emptying a kitty litter box in a pit out back, yay for yucky chores, lol, but this confirmed we had not imagined things. I'm also a member of the USCCA and was a long time CA resident before going fulltime RV.
You are not correct as of 2020 about the transportation of firearms in your vehicles in CA. I've studied the CA codes for firearm transportation and even police often times get this wrong in CA as often times many police come from other States that do have ammunition locked container requirements...but not CA.
The ammunition is not considered another firearm while transporting your gun in CA. While true that you can't have your firearm chambered, loaded or with a loaded magazine inserted, you must transport a firearm in a "locked" container. However, you are not required to transport the ammunition in a separate or even locked, container. You can transport the loaded magazines (unloaded from the gun) in the same locked container you are transporting the gun in.
Also, the locked cabin of your 5th wheel while traveling is considered a locked compartment similar to a trunk for the purposes of transporting firearms. Mainly because it is illegal for someone to ride in the 5th wheel while driving in CA. It is also true that the center console of your truck or glove compartment, even if it has a lock, is not considered a locked container in regards to transporting a firearm. Also, there is no requirement in current CA law that says that a "locked container" carrying an unloaded gun and/or ammunition must be out of reach of the driver or any passengers in the car. Some other states have that requirement, but not CA...so far.
Finally, what you said is true in CA that once you establish a legal campsite location, that location then becomes legally defined as your temporary residence for the purposes of firearm carry and use. And it's not just in your trailer or tent, that area of protected 2nd Amendment rights exists outside such structures but within your define specific campsite area (i.e. Picnic table, campfire pit, etc.) However, that does not include any community spaces like a communal bathroom, showers, store, hiking trails or any place away from your formal campsite location.
Also, everyone should learn how to interact with police (ua-cam.com/video/d-7o9xYp7eE/v-deo.html.) Never admit to carrying a firearm in your vehicle unless it's obvious. Police have no rights to search your vehicle unless they have a reasonable articulatable reason to think you are committing, have committed or are about to commit a crime.
Whenever I have been pulled over by the police and they ask if I have any drugs or firearms in the care, I simply respond, "I have nothing illegal in my vehicle." Which is not a lie but it gives them no more information about any firearm I may, or may not, have in the car. If I tell them I have a firearm in the car, even if I'm transporting it legally, they then have the right to inspect it and you are just asking for trouble if you give them any reason to enter your vehicle. So far, "I have nothing illegal in my vehicle" has worked every time on multiple occasions.
Here's some information from the CHP website in CA:
"If you wish to transport a handgun during your California visit, it should be carried unloaded in a locked container. In the absence of a suitable container, you may secure the unloaded handgun in the locked trunk of a passenger car. Ammunition may be kept in the same container or trunk, but the handgun must remain unloaded with no rounds in the cylinder and no loaded magazines in the magazine well.” -CHP’s website.
Of course this post is not to be taken in leu of legal advice, it is only my opinion based on my research and my experience 30+ years in CA firearm research and being an avid gun rights and self defense advocate. You should do your own research and/or consult your own legal representation to determine the legality of your specific situation.

Murphy's law will kick in the one time you don't take it with you and you wish you had. Just a quick thought. The rocks on the roof were likely to draw you out of the RV where they could get the drop on you. Stay inside, turn off all lights, be quiet so that you can hear where they are outside. Turn on exterior spotlights if you have them. Yell out that you are armed and have called the police, then quietly move to another location inside the RV. Exposing them with the exterior lights will give you the edge, and the bad guys will likely leave you alone. If not . . . you know what to do. God bless!!

If you are in an RV, day or night and hear something hit the roof, 7 times out of 10, it's just an act of nature and you have nothing to worry about, branches falling, acorn's and sometimes critters.. especially if you are in an area where other campers are nearby..
The other 3 of 10 times, something hits the roof of your camper, not so cut and dry.
Out of those 3 of 10 times, 2 of them are likely to be thieves.. see, a thief has no desire for confrontation of any kind, they just want to get in, find the loot, and get out.
If a thief tosses something on top of your camper. He is checking for opportunity.. if he tosses the rock, then can hear someone inside, he has lost all interest in the job because he will have confrontation..again, he doesn't want that, so he will leave..
Now that last one.. that 1 out of ten breaks down into 2 groups.. .5 and .5
One of these guys threw the rock or whatever to cause confusion and distraction while he checks the door handles.. he already knows you are inside...
The other tosses the stone to figure out where you are located inside the camper..
Placing his ear against the camper wall, hen tossing the stone while ear is against the wall give very good acoustic sound and makes it easy to determine location.
Both of these last two guy want to hurt you..
One maybe just knows you have valuable items on board and are willing to attack you for it, the other possibly someone you met at a nearby gas station or shopping center, someone who preys on travelers..
These last two guys didn't simply show up and decide to attack and loot your belongings.. they have watched you for at least a day or two, they might have even spoke to you a few times.. studying you for weakness and possessions..
They have an idea of your capabilities and are ready to exploit them..
As stated in the above video, owning a firearm is very important for many reasons, but first and foremost.. you must be able to use it and know the outcome and destination of every shot fired. Don't start shooting at every noise you hear in the darkness.. you have got to be calmer than your intruders..
It is also helpful to use outside lighting that will cast shadows back at the camper.. it will give you the advantage of knowing where your intruders are located and makes it easier to track their movements.
You want to have a place inside your camper where you have a decent view of all windows and exits.. never shoot at someone outside of your camper unless they are actually firing at you.
If you find yourself in a situation where someone is going to get shot, do not fire that round unless that intruder is inside your camper and you believe he intends to harm you or your family.
If they are outside if your camper destroying your property, it's best to document the attack rather than using your gun to stop the destruction.. in some cases this does not apply.
If the intruders are trying to damage your ability to flee such as cutting your tires or cutting break lines.. then yes, you have to defend your ability to flee if necessary.
I would suggest one shot near them, between that person and the property they are trying to destroy.. after that first shit, verbally command them to move away and warn of a second shot with intent to kill..
Some states, yes.. this is illegal.. make sure to know the laws of the area you are in..
But for me personally.. I would much rather spend some time in jail, than to watch my wife, my kids.. be killed, raped, and God only knows what else.
The most important thing is to try to stay calm.. if you are calm, you will make the right decisions and not need to worry about breaking laws.

Fascinating discussion. Thanks for sharing. In that situation, my first thought probably would have been how to deal with the inebriate outside while I move the RV to a more serene nearby location, such as a hospital or church parking lot. Over-reacting and needlessly shooting someone has some very serious consequences.

sounds like you need a satilite phone. Its honestly NOT a good Idea to go out and look for the "bad guy".
    1. they pretty much know you will be coming out of the main door.
    2. if its dark, their eyes are already better adjusted to the light. So suprise will be in their favor.
    3. once your door is open, you have NO more safty barrier.
    4. you shouldnt COCK your gun to intimidate , you should already have a round in the chamber, because you may not hadve the time to cock the gun if the intruder rushes you.
    5. In MOST states its illegal to "shoot them when they get on your front steps" as you said. Most states they have to have gained acces to inside the residence. You " shooting them" on your front steps could have gotten you locked up.
    Things you could have done.
    1. use your truck key fob and set off its factory alarm. Start your truck so the lights come on.
2..turn outside lights on. honk the horn.
    3. if you have outdoor cameras, have them on or have some installed. ( look around using them)
    4. ALWAYS have a plan ( like you said, take gun safty courses, and have your family members trained too) Practice , practice, practice .)
    5. Use your satilite phone ( get one) call 911.. ALWAYS know your location.
    6. this is for the others in the family... DONT LEAVE IT UP TO ONE PERSON TO SECURE EVERYTHING... I was quite disturbed to her Mercades went back to sleep. You need to watch each others back. Even if that means staying awake all night.. Once the sun comes out and its safe. Move to a safer place ( large parking lot etc...) and sleep there.
    7. Even the young kids need to know the plan so they know what to do and where they need to move to or what area to lay low in. You don't what to be tring to listen for the intruder while kids are crying, or asking " what do we do". You need to focus on the threat.
    8. Try to stay away from windows ( this is one reason cameras are so helpful. they give you a way to see out with out peeking out a window). the intruder my be trying to see where you are.
    9. This is one reason I prefer a Class A, Class B or Class C over a pull behind. if you are in danger of an intruder etc... you can just drive off... if you are in a pull behind, you literally have to go out in possible danger, just to jump in your truck to drive off. IF your truck is even hooked up to your tow trailer.
    just a few tips.
My profession is High level protection
HAVE A PLAN AND FOLLOW IT, WORK AS A TEAM.
Im glad you all are ok.

I saw your other video when you said you had 2 fire extinguishers. Most people don't realize what a good self defense weapon that is. For those that don't have a firearm, or don't feel comfortable with one, a fire extinguisher is great. You pull the trigger to spray them. That gives you time to either escape or use the extinguisher now as a club.(2 uses with 1 item).
Everyone must remember if you have a gun you must be prepared to take a life. Just having a gun to scare someone won't work. To many dopers out there that will try to take your gun away and use it on you.

Many years ago, at a residence, not in an RV, I had an incident. I called the police. They said, I am sure he will go away soon. I said, you do not understand. I have a 12 Gauge loaded with 4B buckshot, a modified choke and it is about 12' across the room. If that door opens, I will guarantee he will not have a chest left. The police were outside in 90 seconds! Hmmm. Must be they hated paperwork.

I used to do security work at night in Angeles National forest somewhere in Soledad canyon and I have 3 spot lights (two1 million & one half million candle power) and 6 cell maglite and enough to scare people to turn back away when I shoot their faces with spot beam light, where I position my truck in the front gate of the road heading to the ranch. I have bullet proof vest, tear gas & pepper spray, batton, 9mm & bb gun and a security blinker on top of my truck. I would say it's good for you guys to get yourself a bullet proof vest each to wear and buy yourself a high lumen led flash light and spot light and maybe a yellow-orange round security blinker if you allowed to install it on top of your RV. If you can, try to install a cb radio on your RV for emergency calls and install surveillance cameras w/ built-in light (for color video at night) with dedicated monitor tv for close circuit viewing so that you see where the enemy/perpetrator outside. I'm new to this channel and I hope you can read my suggestions.

I live in Canada. It's been over 20 years since I was in the States. I have no plans to ever go back. There are just too many people with firearms. Here we have very strict laws on gun ownership. I'm 67 and have never heard of anyone at a campground having a problem with a break in. I have a battery powered water pistol with filtered lemon juice. Really powerful and shoots a good distance. Have used it on aggressive dogs. Very effective. I suppose if an aggressor saw that they would laugh. Not so funny if their face is soaked in lemon juice. Pepper spray is illegal here. Motion detector solar lights are a good idea too. You guys be safe. Once borders are open again, it would be nice to have you visit Canada.

Speaking of key fobs, I have used the Panic button and tell many elderly and single women to use this to sound the alarm...let people know nearby that something is wrong with that annoying alarm. Late at night, it will get a lot of attention if it continues to go off. I sleep with my car key at night when I am alone, and it's the first thing I will do, secondly I have my 911 button to call the police, and thirdly, I have a weapon and plan on using it if necessary. When the kids are camping on our property, because we have a lot of coyotes in the area, I've told them to give the little ones the spare on a wristlet for when they have to go to the bathroom, or come up to the house at night for anything, along with a flash light. If they come across a bear, coyote, or intruder on the property, the key fob/car alarm will get all of our attention, and probably scare off the animal/animals too. I definitely plan on using it when we are using our RV camping, for the same reasons, to scare off anyone or anything that means to harm us, and to alert others that something is happening on our site.

So, after the rocks were thrown with you being VERY QUIET you never heard the truck drive away but you heard it idling earlier???? WTF??? I would have busted out of the door and far enough away from the camper so if there was somebody on top of it they could NOT have just jumped down on top of me - but be assured, if someone did jump down in my direction, it would have been the last thing that idiot would have done in his life!!!
The BIGGEST thing you need to do for your self defense plan is the draw a quick MAP of what is around you at every new campsite, such as trees, buildings, lakes, fields, WHAT-EVER!! AND THEN post that map just before you exit the main door of your camper, to REMIND YOURSELF of what and where every thing is. That way, if you do go outside, you KNOW where "cover is" in case you need to get behind something in a hurry!!! (as in they are not afraid to start shooting at you so THEY can get away)
And not dismissing someone else, but if you want to add cameras like charlie12590 suggests, it "might" help if your family has to go to court to listen how you were murdered, but I'd (being a retired Lieutenant from the sheriff's office here in Iowa) put that camera money towards EXTRA AMMO AND MAYBE AN AR-15 in .300 Blk caliber and 30 rnd magazines (6 at the very least) and make sure to practice until you can do a mag change in less than 5 seconds. THEN, I'd say you have a good self defense plan. NOTE - women AND men shoot straighter and better using an AR-15 under stress than a handgun, AND YES, this is a FACT!!
But also knowing that you do have weapons, STAY AWAY from commie-Kalifornia, New York and Illinois, and you should be OK.

Spend the money to buy high quality flashlights, at least one or two. Such lights are often referred to as “tactical” flashlights. I prefer 1000 lumen brightness. These lights not only allow you to see well and far into the darkness but they also “blind” a perpetrator and make it difficult for them to see you well. A good light provides you a tactical advantage.

They threw rocks on the roof then noted who came out; if anyone, to investigate. Their interest was either theft of property or sexual assault. This is a bold tactic and clues you in that this person is a practiced criminal. Strong enough in the upper body to be able to throw heavy rocks on a roof. It's a man in a truck. The RV park should be seriously concerned about this and follow up. You had been parked in same place for weeks so he had been observing your RV for a while.

My first question would have been is: Did you report this incident to the RV Park's Management or to the Police or both? This may or may not have been an isolated incident and the Park's management should have been informed of it! While you were staying in that park, did you ever see Law Enforcement Presence in the park at any time? Many times, the Park Management would(should) welcome a police officer to patrol through their facility, if for no other reason then to instill some sense of security in those who are occupying campsites. Or in the event of an emergency, the police would have an idea of where to respond to, within the confines of that park! But this is in relation to when you are camping in an RV Park! It would be a whole other story if you were out somewhere else in Nature, and something like this happened, and you definitely had no way of contacting the authorities! THEN, I would say that you would be within your rights to be prepared to protect yourself in anyway possible! What else are you going to do? And like it has been said many times, "When seconds count, the police are minutes away!" And looking at it from a cops point of view, I would have been ready to protect myself, and my loved one(s), and faced the music afterwards! You just never know what is out there! It could have been an wild animal looking for something to eat, or a criminal looking for an easy mark to hit! Then it would be up to you to determine if it was in fact a criminal, and if he presented an Immenent Danger of Serious Physical Injury or Death to You or Another Person, to be JUSTIFIED in the use of Deadly Physical Force to STOP the crime that is occuring, once he or they entered your RV! And I am finding out through research, that RV's are considered a second home, in many states and the IRS! Burglary by definition is: When a person, unlawfully enters a building or DWELLING at night with the intent to commit a felony therein! A building, in addition to its ordinary meaning, includes any structure, VEHICLE, or watercraft used for overnight lodging of persons. Where a Dwelling means a building whish is usually occupied by a person lodging therein at night! Hope this legal mumbo-jumbo helps! But still report the incident to the authorities and or the park management regardless!

The person/s that you encountered used the rocks to see if they got a reaction from the interior to indicate occupation. They've done this before. One cheap method to use especially if you're isolated is to purchase 4 driveway alarms sold at Harbor Freight that run off a batteries. You set the sensors outside around 4' in height on each side of the RV. The alarms are just alert box's that can be set on quiet or loud. The are all wireless and cost around $15 each. They have a wide field of view and will pick up movement at quite a distance. I used them to protect a warehouse area in Baltimore and they never failed. The sensors are weatherproof. You just have to change the batteries occasionly. At 4' of height you eliminate any wildlife setting them off. You can mount them using Velcro type fasteners and take them off while driving or just mount them permanently. At the warehouse I would be sleeping and the field of vision would be compromised and the sensors would wake me up so I could monitor the video cameras. Having those sensors allowed me to literally chase off prostitutes, burglars, drug addicts and others with ill intent. I used them for five years there and still use them on my personal property facing inwards from the property line to only go off if they are on the property and not walking by on a public street. The nice thing is that the all run off the same frequencies so you dont need multiple alarms, just the sensors even though each box gives you the complete set-up. No programming. Just put in batteries and turn on.

I've given up manicures, salons, and buy tools and honor my parents who left me this place. It's a lot of work and takes investing everything I have, to maintain and repair, besides what my grandbabies need, of course :) and I have had to deal with trespass and material losses, etc, and so many suggestions are out of my reach or just ineffective. The wildlife, mostly my kitties, took up my game camera footage when using it by my house. Surrounded by woods, these items from Harbor Freight sound doable, thank you very much!
