There are a high number of olive oils in the market. I only use, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is the best, and most pure. 1, teaspoon each night, & I feel good, 70+.
make sure you are using real olive oil, a sure test is put your bottle in the fridge over night, if it gets cloudy , it is real, if cut w/ other oils it will remain clear

This is great information, BUT all articles say to only use EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (high quality, cold pressed). Not to use just plain olive oil.
