    Been waiting for this program. I do 2 days/week each for jump rope, (mostly weighted ropes) battle ropes and slam balls so it’s good to see a slam ball program to go along with the BR programs. I can program my jump rope as I’m most experienced with that so now all is covered. Thanks! The updates to the app are great also.
