I'd firstly like to say, what a beautiful film. It really captures the effect of this incredible machine has on us. I have loved the F40 since I was a teenager and it's still my favourite car today, just something extra special. I would love to drive one, someday...... 🤞🏼
One of the very, very few videos that accurately captures this incredible vehicle. I sat in an F40 LM for ten kilometres in 1988, I tested cars as an editor for twenty years. NOTHING has this aura. It's not 0-60, it's the scent, the rawness, the nastiness. A work of art
An F40 LM is a whole different beast in itself! What an experience that must have been. That would be a dream for us to film. These cars become more and more special as it ages. The theatrical elements that make us fall in love with motorsport is fully present. Sad to face the truth - but we’re slowly losing the purity of the souls of these wonderful machines.
I own a Ferrari as well, was able to buy my first one last April at the age of 45. I don't think ill ever be able to own an F40 but it is my absolute dream car since i was a kid. This guy perfectly described what it feels like to drive a Ferrari, pure pleasure, pure euphoria, it is pure Engineering Art. Bravo. I drive the hell out of my SF, and often. I would do the same with this F40!
Loved that he used the word meditation for the driving experience. You don't have to be sitting cross legged and chanting to practice meditation, you just need something that bathes your mind of thought.
As an Italian, Ferrari has a special place in my heart. It's part of our culture and pride. I didn't have the chance to live the hype of this car back in the days ('89 onwards, let's say 90's), I'm just 24, but I had the opportunity to see one of those beautiful piece of machinery last year, parked in front of a car dealer. I was blown away by Her simplicity. She's raw, but elegant in some way. The car was one of the very first produced, and one of the only without the cat. I had goosebumps hearing that engine revving. And those turbos.... When I was a child, going to my grandparents' house I remember my dad had a poster and a model of this car in his room, so, seeing Her in reality was a bit nostalgic. In an era where cars are more and more technologically advanced, (which is not a bad thing, in my modest opinion) the F40 is necessary to remember from where all the new supercars are born, and she deserve the place She has in the all time car's hall of fame.
Whoa, you guys really know how to pick the cars and owners who are so relatable. The videography, the sound, the transitions, and the editing is top-notch. Hope you guys will get more attention so you can sustain these projects.
Thanks for your support! We're lucky there's such great car community on UA-cam. We have much more ambitious and varied videos planned for the future. This is just the beginning!
I had this video recommended to me for a few days and reluctantly clicked. Figured it was just a typical b roll type video with some commentary. Man was I wrong. The story with the visuals of the car were top notch. Amazing content.
I have a lot of respect for the people who truly love their cars. I don`t understand those who view cars as simply a transportation device. How can somebody look at this beauty and don`t feel anything? F40 brings tears to my eyes.
This is hands down the most beautiful car ever created, a poster of which was on my wall as a kid growing up. That poster has stayed with me and now sits pride of place in my office, hoping that I can one day get up close with one of these.
The right video and owner for this type of wonderful vehicle. I have had the chance to detail this and many other Ferrari cars, including the F50. Amazing experience that I will never forget.
I’ve seen him around a few times. As well another owner (forget the license plate). To think he had a hard time finding one. They made quite a few of these… kudos to him to be able to afford such a thing. 👍🏻 Very well represented. 👏🏻
One of the best done short documentaries I've ever seen. Captured the essence of the car so perfectly, between the sounds and camera angles. Watching that iconic car from above as it winds through the rural roads and fall colored tree tops, it just gives off such an elegant vibe.
Just had the pleasure of driving on a highway alongside this F40 for 15+ mins earlier tonight. Immediately recognized it from the plate, having seen this video months ago. Glad to see the owner wasn't kidding about driving it. Sounds great.
Love this... cars are there to be driven and enjoyed. Not to be parked up and hidden away just because you want to hold their value. NO. Drive them, love them and let people admire them
Amazing...thank you for finally filling the void for this genre of video that petrolicious left after it essentially became commercialized and stopped doing them. Please keep up the great work!
this video, Elie, the F40, the video capture, the video editing.... this is a piece of art. thanks guys, I've already watched this video like, 10 times, and in just 2 weeks. you cannot imagine how deeply it influenced me. i cannot thank you guys enough. keep rocking 👊🏼🙏🏼💜
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR, my fav one, it is just beautiful, i can sit and watch this car for HOURS, beautiful, fast, good sounding, manual, confortable, every good thing a car needs to have
What a spectacular machine. The ultimate poster car, the ultimate drivers car, the ultimate show car. The car that drops everyone and anyone’s jaw if they’re lucky enough to see one in person. Few cars in history come close to the specialness of an F40. Simply beautiful in every way.
Just my Opinion, I think this is one of the best looking Ferraris ever. I was a teen when it was launched; so maybe Im biased. But even at 50 I could look at this work of art all day long.
This car is perfection to me. Ever since I saw my dads Bburago model of an F40 as a kid in the 90s that was it. Congrats Elie and thanks for sharing it!
TopTop video, iconic Ferrari that just looks, sounds better as it matures. Enzo is looking down from heaven knowing his last creation was 'made in heaven' it's a MASTERPIECE.!.
Love that Snap, Crackle, and Pop! Great work yet again, guys. 👌🏼 First time I ever saw an F40 I was 17 years old… in Rome… just off the Spanish Steps. This car has been drilled in my mind ever since! Great video, great owner, great car.
An F40 in Rome is just breathtakingly picture perfect! I’m sure that memory will forever live in your head - and for good reasons! Thank you for your words, and your ongoing support for us. 🙏🏽 we have an infinite number of ideas that we can fulfill together next year!
A wonderful video, a big thanks for that Mr. Nour 👏. You are very humble, kind and have a great 💖. Your character really represents the F40; she knows too that she is a jewel but don't have to show off. Because in her modesty she also makes others shine through her presence. That's the beauty of being humble. ✨️ Thank you again! Kindly regards from Belgium.
I recall when the F40 arrived onto scene; it was love at first sight! The F40 is a pedigree of form and function that is found so few cars and completely lost to our digital age. Analog everything, it truly embodies the driving spirit. I have only seen one F40 on showcase, in Montreal. Sadly, too many examples live their lives like this, behind glass. You sir, are doubly blessed to not only own an F40, but to drive it! Truly, drive it! If you ever make your way to Ottawa, look me up. You will fulfill my boyhood dream!
The videography, the ownership experience, the way of the whole story telling…! It's not easy to make someone fall in love with a car…soon you guys will be a big established name like top gear or Petrolicious…🎉 Never stop filming ❤
Great video and loved how Elie described it. It demands your full attention. I'm a big Porsche fan but the F40 would be at the top of my wish list !! I'll probably watch this a few times and take my hat off to Elie using the car as it was built for 👌
thanks for people like you, you truly realize what an unique piece of art you own. This kind of gem will never be replaced and produced again. Please keep it, take care of it and preserve it for next generation, In this sick era with electric cars we need to preserver V8, V10, V12s and this treasure is just love for all of us
This is how a car should be described the way you did, and only a passionate owner of a dream car can do that. Beautifully explained, beautiful video and love the scenery ❤️

You know, there is something that connects with you while you film any piece of art in presence of nature. All I can say is that this man is lucky to have a place to drive it in piece. At India, it is so crowded its just better to bicycle or walk. My Fiat Grande Punto simply its in the parking as there are more roads under repair than available for driving.
There is a guy in my village who’s got one and brings out a lot in good weather and it’s exhaust sounds is music to everyone’s ears. This car along with the Daytona Spyder Are by far my favorite Ferraris. The lines on both just are incredible and the sounds, almost the voice of God talking to you.
I've never seen cars through a car person's point of view but Wow this man spoke his heart out. @Project1 you really have conveyed the feelings of a person through the video. Bravo! I've felt fire inside me to get into manual cars! ❤👏
The amazing sound with the beautiful line of the Car give me so many wonderful emotions . The Owner take care of Her so perfect !!! Thank you for a wonderful experience , so much Adrenalin....
Let us know your thoughts on this iconic car!
I can´t stop watching your videos ... in my opinion, you guys doing just an outstanding job in presenting this ageless cars ... thanks a lot !!!
@@StefanGessl we thank you for investing your valuable time to watch our videos, it really means a lot!
This is in my opinion, the last true Ferrari.
This is my absolute dream car! Watching this video has made me fall in love with it a million times over. Thank you!

Perhaps try a caterham?
No compromises for drivability or comfort. No screens or nannies. Pay attention or get hurt. I’ve been in love with the F40 for three decades.
How did it compare with the F50?
Beautiful words!
I believe we could all agree that everyone who has the slightest passion for cars has a special place in his heart for this gem.
A purring engine sound and a perfect gear shift gives a real sense of satisfaction.
Nothing beats the analog cars!
yes the old 1970s engines like this one were some of the nicest sounding.
All he spoke was from the bottom of the his heart! A sign of true ferrari fan. #FORZAFERRARI

I appreciate the respect he has for this car. Its clear that its not just a toy to him. Its something that means something to him.
"The car is my escape from all the noise." *Starting his F40 creating some pretty awesome noise* :D
For my opinion F40 is the most beautiful car ever made. Thanks for emotional documentary!
As an Italian, Ferrari has a special place in my heart. It's part of our culture and pride.

Best looking car in the history of automobiles

Everything about this video was top notch. Thanks for sharing.
Coming from Holland and having a son named Nour this is a match made in heaven. Love the car, plate & story ❤
The right video and owner for this type of wonderful vehicle. I have had the chance to detail this and many other Ferrari cars, including the F50. Amazing experience that I will never forget.

FIAT purchased the entire automobili company in1969
Enzo had no decision in the street cars since 1970
What an absolute masterpiece of a film. The car is precious and in impeccable condition. Thank you for sharing it with us.
The car is truly a masterpiece.
i’m here again, already lost count of how many times i’ve watched this video. 👊🏼🙏🏼💜
It makes me happy to know this car’s out there popping and banging and howling - being a Ferrari. Good on this owner to drive it, a lot.
Just had the pleasure of driving on a highway alongside this F40 for 15+ mins earlier tonight. Immediately recognized it from the plate, having seen this video months ago. Glad to see the owner wasn't kidding about driving it. Sounds great.
What a beautiful video, I realised I hadn't moved an inch from my seat only after the video ended. I was in awe throughout it.

It's one of the Ferrari legacy cars. Glad people still appreciate them.
This video was so well done
Love the fact he uses it. A genuine enthusiast.
Love the F40 way this man speaks about his car! This is what a passion for cars is about..
What a spectacular machine. The ultimate poster car, the ultimate drivers car, the ultimate show car. The car that drops everyone and anyone’s jaw if they’re lucky enough to see one in person. Few cars in history come close to the specialness of an F40. Simply beautiful in every way.

this car has the soul of his own creator from the scratch to finish, thank you Mr. Materazzi!!
Love that Snap, Crackle, and Pop! Great work yet again, guys. 👌🏼

This is my favorite car of all time, And this video manages to capture the essence of this legendary car. The editing was top notch great work.
One of the very few videos I watched multiple times, just brilliant.
A dream car. Worth working hard for it!
9:50 very clean transition!
Yes 10:46 also 👌
Hands down, my favorite car of all time I think. Cars were truly made to be driven.
WHAT AN INCREDIBLE VIDEO!!!!!!
The F40 is such an iconical car!
A wonderful video, a big thanks for that Mr. Nour 👏.

Excellent video, well edited and put together. My favourite car since my childhood...
Sophisticated performance style and beauty.
I recognized those GTA roads😊
Well done!

Best privately own F40 video ever.
You are so lucky, and the sound of the engine itself its like the most expensive sound system in car
Beautiful content, beautifuuuul. No shouting, screaming, drag races, just normal guys talkin about cool cars.
The videography, the ownership experience, the way of the whole story telling…! It's not easy to make someone fall in love with a car…soon you guys will be a big established name like top gear or Petrolicious…🎉
Never stop filming ❤
this is the finest footage so far. The camera angles are just perfect. the car's geometry is sharp.neat! A masterpiece!
The most EMOTIVE car ever made..........perfection!
A true gentleman and serious car guy .
Much respect ⭐️❤️🙏🏻
Great video and loved how Elie described it. It demands your full attention. I'm a big Porsche fan but the F40 would be at the top of my wish list !! I'll probably watch this a few times and take my hat off to Elie using the car as it was built for 👌

The beauty of simplicity at its finest.
Simplicity has become scarce nowadays! Simplicity has become a luxury!
Such a special car, nice to see it get driven.
Simply, Perfection
you know you've got a problem when watching this gives you head-to-toe goosebumps.
This is how a car should be described the way you did, and only a passionate owner of a dream car can do that. Beautifully explained, beautiful video and love the scenery ❤️
Yep Ted Lasso assistant had always way with words
I can't wrap my head around how good this car looks. Favorite car design of all time.
I own it in diecast in 1:64 (Tomica TLVN) and 1:18 (Burago) scales, because I don't think 1:1 will ever be possible, but at least I get to see it every day, sort of!
This video captures its gorgeous lines like no other videos of the F40 I've ever seen. Thank you for that gift!

hands down one of the most beautiful videos ever made. The narration, the owners passion, his willingness to drive it like its supposed to and of course the cinematography. What a tremendous job guys. Exceptional. The audio levelling, colour correction and transitions just epic. You'll deserve much more, and im sure will get it. Kudos!
I don't know you, but I agree with so much you say. I'm a chevy bigblock guy. I love the instant power and sound. The smell of the exhaust and slight oil smell. I've never driven a ferrari. But I have driven one Lamborghini. A Diablo that came through the auto shop I worked at. It was an SV. I'll admit when I first got in and started it up, I wasn't impressed. It sounded kinda weak. But when I drove it, with the customer on the freeway, I was blown away by the power and sound. The rpms going up, it was awesome. I was hooked. I loved it. That was the last time I ever drove a car more expensive than my house.
hats off to you for achieving your goals and getting something you have always wanted, For me this car is a modern day icon from that era and to see people getting these cars and driving them it shows the passion of the owners that want to enjoy and drive these magnificent cars rather than having them put away in a garage never to see the light of day thanks for sharing this moment of yours to me this holds more value than having it in storage or private collections.
Timeless Art in montion!! Should of been the title of this video.
Driving has always been a wonderful way to unwind and focus.
What an excellent video. This owner is the perfect person to own an F40.
Thankyou for this! I really enjoyed it. Congrats my friend, well deserved!🎉😊
Glad you enjoyed! Love the username by the way. Our camera car is actually a TRD Tacoma 😆
You guys are just too good. Props to your whole team for capturing moments of this car in such a pure way. Thank you♥️
You can clearly see and appreciate the passion you have for this car, it's the essence of what a road legal race car should be. It's not all about how much HP it has or the time it takes from 0-60, what matters when you get out of the car is the experience, the feelings that it gives.
I dont think I'll be able to drive something like this in my life but I'm happy even with a car that has 120HP but it weighs 800Kg with a gearshift and a good sounding engine.
This weekend I'll see an F40 LM in Imola and it will also go on track. It's an honor to be able to see and hear such a work of art. Pure rawness, the lap time is basically only limited on the driver skills to handle the beast.
I remember when I was about 4, 5 yrs old playing with uncle's F40 and then later at about 98, 99 playing with F50, but F40 is still in my heart and superior to me, I don't know why, I can't explain because I prefer F50 engine over F40, but as a whole it's F40 nearest to my heart... I think you can really see the Enzo's heart and soul in this car whereas for F50 he hasn't been involved in development anymore...
BTW, great video, amazing story, it captures everything about F40 and what it represents... Beautiful
What a gorgeous example. Never got a chance to drive one, but I did get to sit in one and I fell in love. Favorite car ever made.
Loved the video, the owner driver, calmness and simple driving of the car.
Excellent video! The owner has such a nice temperament. “You deserve this.”
Breathtaking editing, thanks for capturing this car's aura this well.
Thanks for your kind words! Happy you enjoyed it. 🤜🏽
Gorgeous video! I so wanted a nice downshift sequence to really hear that v12

What a fantastic video, thanks guys. My favourite car. What a lucky chap.

Exceptional video! I have never seen the F40 filmed so beautifully.
Couldn't have picked a more beautiful area to film this
Your videos are insane! Binge watched everything in a few hours. Absolute classics.
Glad you enjoyed! There are many more to come
beautiful video and owner sentiment
The TR sublime. The F40 raw like a quattro sport. The guy, a great guy !
OMG, What a car... Passion, Speed, Love, Art and always DREAM.!
Just found your channel today and I have to tell you, it’s the most well presented car content I’ve ever seen. Keep up the amazing work!
Driven well, maintained well. 👌🏽
I have never seen a more beautiful Video about the Ferrari F40. This is by far the most beautiful video of all :)
