I grew up playing NFS Hot Pursuit 2 and the F50 was always my favourite car- I'd use it for every race - nice to see the owner actually enjoying the car and not leaving it parked up in a garage.
This almost bought tear to my eye. A real car guy living his life as he chooses. Not paycheck to paycheck and not on anyone elses dime. I wish we could all live this way. I would choose a low mileage AMG E55 or E63. Thats my dream

Sure, but what do you know about his starting point? The guy has millions on his garage, I find it hard to believe a young guy made all that by himself from the ground, but I guess it's possible. Sometimes I do some research on these automotive UA-camrs and they are basically from wealthy families, but of course everybody wants to sell themselves has the ultimate self made man.
The F50 was always one of my dream cars also since it was the first model car I got when I was a kid. I bet that thing is a blast driving through the North GA mountains!

I remember having a F50 diecast as my first Ferrari toy car when I was a kid, its etched in my brain as the first "red sports car" I loved. Personally I think along with the 550 Maranello, this is the Ferrari for enthusiasts to own.
I personally think this is the greatest car ever made and my unicorn. That na v12 is nuts. People say it isn’t beautiful and I agree and that’s a testament to how great I think it is, if you are actually a driver the beauty you would feel behind that wheel hearing that engine scream over rides everything else.

When I was a teenager I had a poster of the F50 in my room. Seeing it now really brings me back to that time. Thanks for that ending, never really heard a good clip of the F50's engine sound, it's glorious!

I remember having this as a little toy car in the 90´s. I fell in love with the design of the car and i still remember that on the bottom of the car it said 0-100km/h in 3,9 seconds. That was so impressive to me that i never forgot it 😂Beautiful video and indeed a very beautiful car. Nowadays my dream is a Jaguar F-Type and i will buy one next year 😊
To wiggle the gear lever, to make sure it's in neutral in a gated shifter is ridiculous thing to do, as you clearly see where the lever is. And frankly, I would do the same. :D What a great short video, happy to see people attaining their dreams. :)
What a lucky man to own such a car. I'm sure you put in many long hours of hard work, so that wasn't the lucky part, the lucky part is knowing there's a limited amount of these on the entire planet, and they likely will never make a car like this ever again, to live in the only time period where this is possible, I mean wow, not many get to live that life. Perfection. Manual transmission, the glorious sound and thrust of an N/A V12, RWD. Open-top style has cues of classic 1950's sports prototypes; closed-top style has cues of 1960-70's sports prototypes with some F1 cues thrown in for good measure. Fantastic. Pierro Ferrari guided this project to perfection.
They are built in two pieces the front half and cockpit and the rear half with engine and transmission. The two halves have to be taken apart for a clutch service. Look it up you won’t believe seeing a $5 million dollar car split in half.

They were around $500k at the time I think. All I remember was that I couldn't believe I got to see two of them, and they looked insane in person, especially at that time. 3:13 Need For Speed 2 top car was the McLaren F1, NOT the Ferrari F-50. Not to diminish it. It’s an unbelievably awesome car. But the NFS that had the F-50 had all the best cars of the 90s including the Jaguar XJ-220, Isdera Commendatore 112, et al.
Took me almost 3 decades to meet my hero at a Cars & Caffe event finally 2 years ago and hear it's music. It had been this white whale that kept eluding me at every car event-never around when I was. That alone was an out of body experience for me, having obsessed over this machine since I was a kid, but I can't imagine finally getting to own it! Amazing video and massive props for Matt actually enjoying the car to its fullest like we all dream we could. Such a rare thing to see. For me, it was Automobili Lamborghini on N64 that solidified my game obsession with the car.
Its my absolute dream car as well.. the fact that its number 2/349 is insane, since its probably the very car from our bedroom posters. Anyway not envy just very happy for you and please give me a ride if I ever come to Georgia ;-)
