My energy for the gym has been falling alot, but these past 1,5 year I've been watching your videos - you have inspired me to give me back my energy to the gym as I once had .- My weight was around 105 Kg's now I'm at 93 Kg's but with alot more builded muscle mass do to ur motivation videos! . Lost my place to live, currently in my tent, cinder blocks and calisthenics are king for me right now, these videos are keeping my head focused on training, just got the Bum pre workout yesterday, best pump i got in a while, getting soar from deadlifts, split squats and calf raises on cinder blocks is not as easy as you think

Chris ! You need to get Hair Prp Shots every 2 months for 6 months and you'll see the best results! I had a hair transplant and my hair was very similar to yours, full head of hair now 6 months later! Looking younger than ever! Best of luck!
