    Two of us have been doing your workout each weekday. Tomorrow will mark the end of our 13th week. We're impressed by the thoughtful progression of the exercises, the rhythm of effort, relaxation, and careful stretching of hard-working muscles. Having gotten a bit stronger (but not bored!) we wonder if you would suggest a next workout -- a step more difficult than this one.       That’s the exact idea! To give your body a rest from work but still do some good! Well done!
