Ingredients:
1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough (13.8oz)
Mozzarella or Muenster Cheese (30 cubes)
1 Egg Yolk + 1 Tablespoon Water
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
Parmesan Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Directions:
1. Roll out the dough. Slice into 30 squares. Place one cube of cheese into each dough square and pinch the edges to close. On a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange the dough balls into the shape of a Christmas tree, making sure the balls are placed with the seam down. Whisk together the egg yolk and water; brush egg wash onto the tops of the dough balls. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, stir together the butter, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Brush herb butter mixture onto the warm bread. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
