I know it's a bit unclear, but that is exactly what I am saying in 0:15. "These cookies aren't gluten free". Many other recipes on my site are gluten free so I wanted to point that out here. Spelt still is a great alternative, as many people with wheat sensitivity (not celiacs) find it easier to digest.

Yes I've found that flax egg substitute works well in cookie recipes that use just 1 egg. The result is a little softer, but still very enjoyable

Eggs are not dairy. Dairy is milk from a cow and eggs are eggs from a chicken. Totally different
