•cup of almond butter •3/4 cup of natural sugar •tsp kosher salt •tsp baking soda •tsp vanilla extract •chia egg -1tbsp chia, 3tbsp water •1/2 cup semisweet choco chips 350°f for 12 mins (For reference bc I make these a lot)
I've made these cookies twice now and they were delicious! I used coconut sugar and some dairy free choc chips for mine and they came out great. Thank you for the recipe!
TIP: Turn the container upside-down until the oil resettles to the bottom of the jar. Turn it up-side right and mixing in the oil is much easier that way. =)
I tried this recipe with roasted almond butter, coconut sugar and also a chia egg and it was delicious! The cookies were just a bit darker but delicious !!! I also made it with 3/4 cup of chocolate chips because I’m a chocolate monster 🤣
Guys, I wasnt sure how it was going to taste, but since every recipe I've tried from her was delicious, I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had! It is indeed gooey and delicious and everyone in my family loved it. Thank you for the recipe!
I made them and they turned out awesome. My boyfriend said that maybe are the best cookies I have ever made. And believe me, I have baked lots of cookies❤️
Made these and they were AMAZING! Buttery ( idk how ), crispy on outside and chewy on the inside, just the right amount of salt and you couldn't taste the sugar granules ( i'm saying this because when I use torbinado sugar i can usually taste the weird texture, but not here). And also they didn't taste like almonds at all, which made them taste just like the 'real' deal. Thank you so much!!
Just tried this with peanut butter and coconut sugar and they are absolutely amazing! another score Dany! You are my new recipe book thank you for all your amazing work!
Tried this recipe over the weekend and I must admit that it is the most delicious cookies that I've ever tasted! No joke! The only problem that I faced is that I had to set the dough a bit as I was baking something else so the oil got out of the butter again so it turned out a bit greasy. Will have to make sure to mix and bake immediately next time. Million likes if possible 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks a ton for sharing this amazing recipe 💕💕💕💕
I’m going to absolutely try it. I will surprise my daughter when she comes back from her trip. She only eats gluten free. I can’t believe these has no flour!! Thank you for sharing
I tried this recipe but with organic peanut butter since I didn't have almond butter. Tasted so so good! Thank you for sharing this recipe 😊 I never thought baking cookies would be so easy. And, for someone who can't consume normal butter, I finally get a chance to eat AND bake chocolate chip cookies 😋 - much love from a fan in Singapore 🇸🇬
Hi i have just tried these, but with peanut butter, as my daughter is intolerant to almonds. And oh my, they are so delicious, thank you, these are going to be my go to cookies from now on.
Happy Friday C&DFam! I'm super excited for you to try these gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. They are so easy and SO gooD! Perfect to bring along to a bbq or cookout this weekend. Enjoy! xo -Dani
Can you use a sugar substitute, like Stevia, I’m diabetic and you’re banana oatmeal cookies have become a staple in my kitchen, I LOVE THEM❣️and would love to try these, even with a half & half sugar substitute, but cutting it out entirely would be fantastic..
@@collettedauphinais8381 What if you tried erythritol ? That is a non hiking blood sugar, sugar. Lol. It really taste good... I'm surprised. To me, stevia can make things taste bitter sometimes.
Wow Dani thank you so much! You saved me from spending so much on Almond Flour and I was skeptical about a recipe I WAS going to try until I saw this one! I know I can trust you to make a really yummy dish every time.
Amazing Cookie, I used coconut sugar which worked well but next time I’m going to use a little bit less than the 3/4 cup and probably only 1/2 tsp salt. My grandkids looooved this. Thank You!!
This is the best cockies I've ever had. Danny, I can't find anything in a bakery that is nicer then what I bake at home. Thank you so much for great recepies and inspiration to eat healthier.
I made some of these cookies, and use the ingredients that Dani used in this vid., except i swithched out the egg for flax seed egg. Mine didn't look like her cookies in coloring and they were flatten some what, but they were absolutely delicious. They have a chewy, crispy, crunch to them, in every bite & full of flavour that's just right, not over or under powering. Ummm...ummm....ummm...ummm!!!!😋👍🍪 is right Dani!
@@andreecampbell5137 there are several ways to make a more chewy cookie. 1. Add egg yolks only (2 yolks) 2. Almond butter (2tlbs) 3. Brown sugar (2-4tlbs) 4. Place remaining cookies on wax paper, inside Tupperware plastic bowl, to keep fresh, moist and chewy. 😀👍🍪
They melt in your mouth! This has been my go to cookie at work when I need to make a gluten free option but the kitchen staff always munch on them to! You need to get yourself some different sizes of ice cream scoops. They make scooping muffins and cookies soooo easy!
This is by far the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I’ve ever tried! I remember you made a video of this recipe a few years ago and that’s when I first tried them. But I have to say I don’t make them that often because I can literally eat the entire batch by myself and that’s a lot of fat lol

Excellent recipe, I just made these. My 5 yr old is in awwww of these cookies. Will only make my chocolate chip cookies using this recipe moving forward. Thank you for this game changing cookie !!!! 👏👏👏👏
Ok, reporting back with my sugar free version....I used 2/3 C Monk Fruit (golden) and 1/2 C Lily’s S/F Milk Chocolate baking chips. They turned out really good! I’m so surprised!! I’d like to figure out a way to tweak the recipe so I didn’t have to use as much Monk Fruit sweetener as the cookies are “too sweet” with that sweetener aftertaste that I don’t usually get with other recipes. I made 16 cookies and that equals 4 smart points per cookie in WW.
hi Dani! Those cookies look scrumptious! I love the texture when you broke the cookie a part in your hand🤗 yum!
