Your turbo is causing the oil leak. It shouldn’t be pushing oil through the charge air cooler/intake system.
M57 are heavy breathers and lots of oil vapour in intercooler and pipework is normal
false, due a search on these m57 diesel engines, its just the nature of the beast and the way the crankcase is vented
