I value the importance of staying hydrated. I have found that using products such as Liquid IV, drinking Gatorade or Powerade, and occasionally enjoying sweet tea are beneficial. However, I am cautious of consuming too much sweet tea due to its high sugar content. I am also mindful of the environmental impact of using plastic bottles for drinks. I believe in balance, so I indulge in a cigar or a few beers occasionally, but I ensure not to overdo it. For breakfast, I prefer using instant oatmeal or grits, as they are less stressful for me in the mornings, although I am aware that they also contain a lot of sugar. I'm glad to see that you are doing well. Keep it up!

I agree with you. Water is most important and funny enough I like to snack on carrots and peanuts too. Thanks for all the videos.

@@Sherlockarim I have not heard of many cases of the drug causing liver dysfunction or infertility, but if those are side effects you are experiencing, you may want to try a different drug like Oxbryta.

Hello! I ran across you video titled “Joni Olaghere On Being “Cured” From Sickle Cell Disease With CRISPR Gene Therapy”. I subscribed. My younger son & daughter bother have (SC) Sickle Cell Disease. My daughter has a UA-cam channel also but now is starting to focus more on embracing the fact that she IS a Sickle Cell Warrior & wants to spread awareness. She has started to develop some different issues as she’s growing older. It gets very depressing to her & having to really watch her food intake & scared to exercise because being afraid of a pain crisis. I’m looking forward to watching your videos.

If you live in the United States I would start the process by filing for disability. You may need to get a lawyer involved, and that will subtract from your overall total, but it is better than nothing. I was foolish and let my family get their hands on a good 4,000 that I'll never see again. Once you get disability guard that money with your life. Don't lend out one red cent.
