They are selling a membership club, this is how they are paid. Off the memberships club fees. No scam. They offer high quality USDA organic whole food supplements at drastically lower pricing for a membership club member. Just the facts. Every job is structured using the pyramid foundation. The real scam is those with a job. It's the employees who are working for $15.00 to $30.00 an hour who are being scammed. Ever notice how corporate is the ones getting the extra bonuses and vacations for hitting quota, yet it's the $15. hour employee who is hitting the quota. I believe most people are living in denial while working a very cleaver camouflaged MLM scam called a JOB! Just my opinion.

Isabella it sounds like you passed judgment too soon and really don't know much about the company itself. Yeah the matrix works but it takes 3 months to build. But if you recruit 2 people your income increases. To be successful and make life changing money you have to recruit. That's what mlm is all about. When you invest in the stock market you have to invest thousands to make any money. Also there are no guarantees that you'll make money with it especially now with the unstable market. I joined 2 weeks ago and already hot paid last Thursday morning. You obviously didn't actually try it yourself.

You said you don't need to spend money to make money with affiliate marketing. That's not true. You still have to spend money on traffic, a lot of money on traffic and it's not as easy as you make it sound. And in my opinion you're probably getting paid to knock them down. Definitely your opinion doesn't matter as much as you think it does.

I know you have to say, "In my opinion," so you don't get sued. Couldn't you just put a statement at the beginning of the video that states something like, the views expressed in this video is solely your opinion and is not that of proven facts unless otherwise stated. This video is only for entertainment purposes only. Some sort of blanket statement that covers everything said within the video. You obviously would still say things like, "I feel..." on certain occasions so there is no confusing that you are making a statement of fact but for the most part you wouldn't have to feel stressed about making sure you're saying, "In my opinion..." I am in no ways a lawyer, and am not 100% certain if a statement at the beginning is enough but just thought I'd throw it out there.

Usually that refers to companies that all sell similar products, not companies that all operate under the same business model... you don't see all freelancers of all types being called the "freelance industry"; instead you see all business types that sell art called the "art industry." I think it really says a lot about how these people view what they are doing when they're happy to lump an insurance company in with a makeup company in with a nutrition company. @@affiliatepartners7833 no, affiliates get a kick back if someone buys on their recommation. It is commission. However the difference with mlms are that you only make significant money by recruitment and getting your recruit to buy the product and recruit others. The only way the people at the top get money is by it being passed up the line. Except that as it goes on you need more and more bottom rank people who are not making money and still buying their monthly subscription, to feed the few at the top. That is what is exploitative. Recruiting people who can't afford to lose money because you are desperate to claw some money back yourself.

The final arbiter here is the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), not someone who isn't even a fledgling law student. Repeatedly invoking 'in my opinion' (presumably to sidestep defamation concerns) doesn't hold sway in a court of law. We operate in a realm of cold, hard facts, not subjective viewpoints. Attempting to casually dismiss their business model as a mere Pyramid Scheme falls short when you can't definitively assert that club membership doesn't constitute a product or service in its own right. Not even the most inept attorney would venture there. Club membership serves as the indispensable gateway to unlocking a realm of privileges offered by this entity. Therefore, they are inherently intertwined. It's worth noting that this company sought counsel from experienced MLM legal experts prior to its establishment. If you possess the conviction and tangible evidence, then take your case to the appropriate legal venue. If not, perhaps it's time to fall silent.
