6.5, but you can get 6.75" to fit easily. Also, with a small amount of work, you can also install a set of 7" with a custom MDF ring (will need to do some routing for the speaker to fit correctly into the MDF ring though). Last one I did I had to cut part of the door trim where the speaker cut out is to keep the oversized speaker from hitting the door with the 1.25" MDF ring. I also added some 0.5" felt stand-offs to keep the door plastic from rattling. The 7" coax set I used in a 3rd gen Rio 5 door was the Kenwood XR-1800. I did the same with the front location as well. Since the guys car only had a 4 speaker set up, I couldn't do components and still have the stock look, but paired with a decent amp we didn't need to add a sub once we finished with the install.
Late reply, but it can help anybody searching for an answer. Yes it is the same: 3 screws at the same position, then plastic clip all around the panel.

Hey, thanks for the amazing video! I have a question... are the speakers for the Kia Rio a 6.5" or 6.75"?

You welcome my friend!
I’ve got a question. In this video he’s showing de door panel of the rear door, but is it the same as the front door?
Late reply, but it can help anybody searching for an answer. Yes it is the same: 3 screws at the same position, then plastic clip all around the panel.
Thank you
Do you need anything extra to reinstall the door panel once it’s off? Or does it just snap back on?
good dfc🎉
Thanks.
You welcome!
Quisiera tutorial de las puertas delanteras del Kia río por favor gracias
Bad name. What the model of Kia? What is the Year?
kid 4 years old, can do this job
Good video, but it's cut at the end
Thnx, pls tell us the model of the speakers, (power or RMS)? I wanna know how much i need to upgrade
👍Dziękuję 🇵🇱
Rear door? Seriously? Window master power switch driver side door is the reason most people need to remove panel.
