SCHiM is a game about jumping from shadow to shadow in a challenging and lively environment.
A schim is the soul and spirit of an object, thing, or living being. Everything in the world has one. A schim should NEVER be separated from their thing! This does happen to your schim, this schim who is attached to a human being is separated from him early on in the game.
Can you get back to him before it's too late?

I've always played a game similar to this in my mind, whenever I'm commuting via public transport, or in a friend's car. But instead with shadows, the aim is to stay within the 'greens' i.e trees, grass, plants, all the while avoidng obstacles like light poles and cars etc.

I REMEMBER SEEING THIS ON REDDIT A FEW YEARS AGO. The developer said he made this during an internship while in school. Never knew it's going to be a full sized game.

1 second in to the trailer and I already know I’m going to love this game. The art style is beautiful and the gameplay looks super fun. For me this appears to be one of those rare “shut up and take my money” games.
The PlayStation logo wasn't revealed 1 second into the trailer.

When I was a kid I liked a lot to play in the street to a game in which you could only step on the shadow. I always wondered if a videogame like this existed. It finally does.
I would also play the same game with my buddy in school.

I remember when I was a kid, we used to play with a rule that only shadows were allowed to step on. I think this is a game that appeals to the human habit of playing as a child.

There are many games where you can leap in shadows or puddles. This looks interesting though...
I got to play test the game 2 days ago. It's very soothing. I think what makes this game so relaxing is because of the art style combined with the chill music, it gives off that lofi-like vibe. Great game

Oh cool, it's that game we played in our head as a kid. Now we just need a game about a man running along side the car and a game about avoiding cracks and lines on the floor.
