  • Welcome to another recipe on Ron’s Keto Café. Today we are making another first we are making a low carb zucchini bread recipe. Now that where getting into the Summer months let’s continue with the healthy eating. We are all our doing prepping in the back room cooking it in the kitchen.     Ingredients:
    2 cups almond flour.
    ½ tsp. Kosher salt.
    ½ tsp. ground cinnamon.
    ½ cup granular sweetener.
    1 tsp. baking soda.
    2 large eggs beaten.
    ¼ cup melted butter.
    1 ½ cups grated zucchini with peel.
    Directions:
    Wrap grated zucchini in a towel and drain out as much of the water as possible.
    Add the ingredients above and zucchini to a mixing bowl mix until combine.
    In a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake bread or muffins for 60 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
    Enjoy!
