- This is an amazing recipe with a very special story of how my mom taught me to share my blessing with others. I will never forget this story or the lesson I learned from it.

I just wanted to let you know, I made this bread for my community group at church and people were freaking out about how good it was. I think it tasted like childhood to many of us “of a certain age”! We are all “seniors” and old enough to remember when homemade food actually tasted like this. It was happy sharing! Thanks so much!

I also have a special memory attached to this bread because my sister,Jenny who has been gone over ten years now first introduced me to it and always baked it specially for me in the fall...I miss her so much,she was 20 tears my senior and spoiled me and later,my children too all my life...

This recipe!!! So freaking good!!! My only disappointment was that I only had one can of crushed pineapple in the pantry and now I have to put on my shoes and head to the store. We've had few good zucchinis harvested...had bought pineapple couple days ago....1st loaf outta oven....hubby and I, so far, say yummy yummy!...i added my cloves cinnamon allspice and nutmeg..just coz!!!
