My husband and I absolutely loved it! Making it for the second time in a week as it is super easy and good option for tiffin as well. I ate it with some coconut chutney and its a great combo. Highly recommend it. Like said in the video, soaking really helps. I soak and wash in the morning before going to work so after coming back it reduces the cooking time. Enjoy :)

If we discard the overnight millet soaked water, some water soluble vitamins may be drained away, which affects the overall nutritional content. Can someone clarify ?
I have pcos ,but i also have phenylketonuyia ( pku ) i dont if you have heard of it or know anythjng about it , if you do, do you think it will be ok for me to try
My opinion is that the little millett, or any other millett ,need not be soaked over night. One or two hours maximum is enough for soaking as the millett may not lose its natural nutrients. Thank you.

Coconut oil is high in saturated fat. You can cook ions without oil and may sprinkle nuts on the top before eating is much more healthier

Its right but the acid released is not healthy . If u feel ok with it u can cook with water as well
