Water 3-4 cups
For Upma
Little millet 1/2 cup
Oil
Mustard seeds
curry leaves
Cumin seeds
green chilli
Ginger

carrot
green peas
Cabbage
Turmeric powder
Salt
grated coconut
lime juice
Roasted groundnuts
Coriander leaves
water 21/2 cups
For millet curd rice
Cooked millet
Curd/yoghurt 1 cup
Salt
