Hi Mike, do you know what's going on with Fiverr new "Raising Talent" badges for Pro Level Sellers? Why would they give experienced Pro-Sellers a "Rising Talent" badge? Do you know the thinking behind it?
I'm not sure, couple things come to mind. First, it might be an automated selection process. Second, is you can actually become a fiverr pro seller right when you start. When I went through the fiverr pro onboarding process a lot of the other pros had never sold on fiverr before but they had a lot of experience doing what they do in past careers and things like that.

Yup, that's pretty normal. Nature of running your own freelance business, as you work with more and more clients you'll build a nice little network of referrals that will help your months get more consistent over time.
