Too many people approach freelancing on the platform in the wrong ways so in this video I try to outline a very simple gig mindset that I think makes the whole process a lot easier, both for experienced freelancers and total beginners. I stumbled across your channel a few days ago. I had dabbled in fiverr over the years, but with no clear strategy. After creating a new account and new gigs following your advice, I'm getting hundreds of impressions after a few days! The problem is that I have minimal clicks, and still no orders as of yet, whats the best way to convert impressions to orders??
Minimal clicks would point me to making better thumbnails.

Thanks for that! I was more thinking ads towards a personal blog or website that also links to your Fiverr profile. Not directly to your Fiverr page. I know Fiverr has the option to place a website widget figure that could be a great way to drive traffic?

Hey man, I have been on fiverr for a few years and I am approaching the 20k mark. However, I keep getting shadow banned, my gigs are getting 1000+ impressions for one month, then 0 for 2 months

Buyer requests, contacting companies via email, cold calls, kind of encompasses all of those things
Or going to meet your prospective buyers from social media groups.

Thank you for the advice. I have one question. If I have an unused account (hence 0 clients) for 7 years and also have got response time showing 15 hours (since I had created a gig 2 months back and got 2 queries which I couldn't respond quickly enough), shouldn't I simply delete that account and create a fresh one if I want to give it a serious shot this time. And in that case, can I use the same email and phone number?

It might. But there’s also something to be said about driving traffic to a site like Fiverr to build momentum as Fiverr has a lot of traffic to offer

As far as I know, Google ads for gigs are forbidden by Fiverr.
People have mentioned this, can create a personal site/landing page that links to your Fiverr gigs and drive traffic to that site using ads. In any case, reviewing Fiverr TOS always a good idea!

How do you do outreach on fiverr? As in messaging buyers directly?
You wouldnt really do that on Fiverr, cold prospecting via email/cold calling is best

@@ATIWatchReviews Buyer requests are sent directly to freelancers by fiverr. Basically AI decides based on past order history and what it thinks your gigs to be about whether you might be a good fit for a particular client project request. Then you can bid on any briefs you receive. I believe you need a bit of client history and 5 star ratings before fiverr considers your profile for briefs.

I got 4 emails regarding 4 of my gigs that they were moved to another more relevant category and want me to adjust my gig details accordingly. since the email says action required, do I have to change my gig details or can I keep them as they are? And will this change affect my stats?
I got similar emails a little while ago. I ended up changing them, it did affect my stats in the short term. But long term I haven’t noticed any real difference. If anything I think it’s helped put them in the right categories for the buyers they’re targeting.
@@MikeNardiTV So it is not a must to do any changes in the gig description? I can alter them only if i think it is necessary? the categories are not very specific to what i do but they are the closest option to what i do.
I’m not sure if it’s a mandatory thing to be honest, maybe check with fiverr to see if it is?

Not if you're marketing your own personal site that links to your fiverr profile.
What if with SEO is still without any order? 🤔
SEO just helps your stuff appear in search, you still need to put effort into making sure your service is one people actually want to buy

I think it’s just because you’re a new seller, I’ve heard they only enable this after you’ve completed some projects
