So basically, the old system was measurable, quantifiable and based on clear numbers, rules, and goals. Suddenly, we now have a new system that is unquantifiable, and unmeasurable. I just magically get this score and I do not even get any feedback or a list of things that went wrong to work on, the least they can do if they actually care about making people work on their weaknesses. It is very hard to believe that this is a fair system that is not just a way to totally manipulate levels, buying and selling based on a hidden agenda.

Also when i reach it thorugh link, it shows an impression of 1 and click of 1. (My success score is 4, and it shows a special note that it affects my visibility) There customer support is also not very helpful just stated points like get orders from all previous buyers to increase the success rate, which seems hardly possible for everyone. I had a 5 star gig with level 1 but now it is showing my level as (non performance) and the gigs are active.
More likely to say, this new system has a strong demerit of giving much power to buyers (who can even shift to new accounts if they face struggle like this) This is biased system now.
This is what I experienced a month ago. At that time I was top rated and suddenly I got an email that my level had dropped and my score became 7. Slowly but surely until now my score has become 4. It was very painful. All of that went down for no apparent reason, I always got 5 stars and tips and even buyers repeated orders
This Success Score system is nothing but extra layers of policing on sellers only. Try to solve essential things instead of policing on the sellers who bring revenue for the company. And some people don't even leave positive review on the private reviews. So no matter how hard you try you'll end up having bad or low success scores.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your video. It's always helpful. For your info, my Success Score has always been 9 since the roll-out and remains 9 to this day. I'm not sure why I have such a high success score, but my communication skills are always on point. I hope that helps.
Yes prices are important too, to have clients happy, but value and communication are the key factors I observe. I have been able to keep a score of 10. I reply within reasonable times, polite and use the communication to add value to client (tips, hints, make them know I am available if they need, etc). Even though my prices are in the $150-300 range per gig.
I feel like "revisions" count as conflicts AND/OR lead to your orders being late if the revision time goes past the time the order was actually due. Has anyone noticed this?

It's being rated as a 4 just because of "effective communication" and it has been like that ever since the update dropped. Meanwhile my other gigs are ranked 9, 8, 8 and 6, despite my "9" being rated with "Client satisfaction: Strong negative impact". It all feels too silly, tbh.

I ended up pausing it and recreating a more specific version of it. I'll come back to let you guys know if my SS has increased due to that.

I will say I was a buyer turned seller this week when I realized how many foreign sellers posed as Caucasian English speakers with fake reviews. I believe the new guidelines are to prevent this even though they could just use IP Tracking against most of these accounts except for those that use residential proxies.

What is interesting is, the negative affect is faster than the positive effect. Fiverr says, the Success Score is stable and changes very slowly. But we see within days, many sellers success score dropped from 8 to even 0! WTF!! Whereas many sellers are reporting that even after buyers are giving them positive reviews, there is no positive effect on the Success Score....... It is as if Fiverr wants you to fail and doesn't want you to 'win' or 'succeed'.... Thank you for the video....I like the positive attitude you have shown in the video. We need to understand this update thoroughly and adapt accordingly.
bullshit! you are same as the fiverr customer service, repeat the same thing again, i have 3 gigs with over 40 orders with only 5 stars, and it get 4 to 6 score and you do whatever its not going to go up magically for last 3 months i got only 5 stars and they have selected the additional review too which is visible below the review they have provided
okay so I experienced the same problem as them, at the beginning of the update my "success score" was 8, then I received the order and the client changed the concept of the order and I extended the time, and what happened after the order was completed dropped to 6. I read the provisions then I evaluated and I think it was my way of communicating that was not clear. One week later the client ordered again and I improved my communication to make it better, but after the order was successfully completed my score dropped to 5. Then it happened again when another order came in, it continued to decline after the order was completed. and now I am a new seller

Every client is different, just using a templated approach is not going to be a one sized fits all solution.

Yea Fiverr absolutely hates cancellations. Just focus on continuing on doing great work and things will keep improving

What is interesting is, the negative affect is faster than the positive effect. Fiverr says, the Success Score is stable and changes very slowly. But we see within days, many sellers success score dropped from 8 to even 0! WTF!! Whereas many sellers are reporting that even after buyers are giving them positive reviews, there is no positive effect on the Success Score.......
It is as if Fiverr wants you to fail and doesn't want you to 'win' or 'succeed'....

With time our understanding will change. Like any new update there’s always a rocky period for the change to fully take effect

bullshit! you are same as the fiverr customer service, repeat the same thing again, i have 3 gigs with over 40 orders with only 5 stars, and it get 4 to 6 score and you do whatever its not going to go up magically for last 3 months i got only 5 stars and they have selected the additional review too which is visible below the review they have provided

okay so I experienced the same problem as them, at the beginning of the update my "success score" was 8, then I received the order and the client changed the concept of the order and I extended the time, and what happened after the order was completed dropped to 6.
I read the provisions then I evaluated and I think it was my way of communicating that was not clear. One week later the client ordered again and I improved my communication to make it better, but after the order was successfully completed my score dropped to 5. Then it happened again when another order came in, it continued to decline after the order was completed. and now I am a new seller
Uploading multiple files fails every time if you upload videos that are even only 100mb

The reason is likely a violation of Fiverrs terms and conditions, this is why it’s so important to understand them before starting your business there
