One of the best Disney animator ever. This seminar really open up your mind about what animation really is. Just like Glen Keane said, that's what separate top artists animators from the ones animating on saturday tv shows. You can feel the passion, the ambition and the joy he feels about his art. Just as good as Richard Williams lectures. Thank you so much. I feel like it's Christmas day !
Awesome as usual, thanks you so much! By the way, the fox & the hound is a forgotten masterprice which is also my favourite Disney movie. Thanks also for bringing it to life!
Thank you Mr Kane. I’ve been following you for quite some time. Early thinks like Mickeys Christmas Carol, Beauty and the beast are all master classes in themselves. Lots of great advice that I can apply to my work!!!
This really helped thanks so much pixi!!! I love your videos so much you brighten up my day when I’m sad!!! Your such an amazing person!!!! Love you very much and wish you all the best!!! Bye and have a great day/night!!!
I love this film! I can’t believe u have a GLEN KEANE!!! He is such a legend!!! It was rlly a good motivation to see him talking in an old video!!! Tysm for this, Pixi!
You are the seriously one of the best animation teachers ever. I am very grateful to have learned so much from your videos! It has truly helped a lot to improve my skills. Wish you the best! ^^
Wow. I can't believe I came across this so randomly. Also, I can't believe I watched the entire thing from start to finish! I mean, I don't think that anyone how aspires to have an art career would be able to STOP themselves! He touches on a lot of things that I've heard before but in such a palatable and relatable way! This makes me realize that I could use a bit more expression in my artwork and my own personal life, as well. I know the little sparks of life are where the magic in animation is but I really think I underestimate how powerful observation and awareness are when making any kind of art, really. Such an amazing video! I feel like I learned more here than all the courses I've paid for over the years. Thank you for posting!

Dude, your channel is so helpful. Do you have a discord server? With the number of subscribers at ~50K, I think it would be pretty manageable, since most people don’t really join those. I just feel like it would be a nice place for people to share animations and stuff. But! Regardless of any of that: thank you so much for uploading your content. I don’t just mean this video, I mean all the breakdowns and everything that helps demystify animating. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping so many of us!

@@PixiGags Thanks for the information! I didn't know. Milt Kahl was really a master with the line and excellent drawing quality, kind of classissism and perfection of Animation of all time. Glen keane has a certain sense of the inner masses, and the sculptural shapes more emotional and less rational and logic like Milt. What is surprising is that milt has those emotional qualities too but not the sculptural masses (except maybe with Shere Kahn). Those guys are genius. Glen can draw good lines too with pen.
