@@judystennett6020 yes, it was originally a live video, and I went slowly to carefully choose my words and interact with those following in real time. I was going to speed it up but I sounded like I sucked up a helium balloon! 🎈 Ingesting honey in bread regularly isn’t going to work for everyone, but if it works for you go for it. I also explain how to change your favorite sugar laden bread recipe to a version without it, and offer two different types of bread recipes that can easily be made with little (2%) sweetener, or even none by just leaving it out. Most folks in the fresh milled communities don’t know this, that you can make soft bread that’s fit for daily consumption - without pouring on the honey. I didn’t think it would be such a hot topic, but apparently it was and some folks got angry at me for calling out the enriched bread as not the best daily bread. And so much more - I’m sure it would be really funny to watch at 2x. Should I speed it up and repost a funny version? I’ll do it! 😉🤣😂
@JustMillIt23 ha ha, it's not bad at 2 X! Thank you, I guess I have some sort of sensory issue because I love Grains in Small Places recipes, but I cannot watch her videos because she flails her hands (fingernails all different lengths with no polish) all through the videos & says "I'm gonna go ahead and" at least 40 times in a video. LOL. I know it's crazy & I try, but I just can't watch it. Thanks for understanding!
@@judystennett6020I must say you made me realize I could cut the video down to the most important parts and remove all the moments I was thinking. I’m working on replacing this with a much shorter, more concise version.
And of course I ran out of space on my device and deleted the video I just spent hours trying to cut down. Everyone should just turn me into a helium girl at 2x and get the message. It’ll be funnier.
This was too slow, so I sped it up. I think the gist of it is it may raise your blood sugar, so don't eat bread made with it every day?
