You’re so straight up! If you want a tightening effect on your skin, use a retinol or prescription tretinoin. Other than that, you need to get work done. This is so honest. I think a lot of people just want to hope that all of those gimmicky skin tightening products will work. Who wants to go under the knife and spend that kind of money?! Of course you will if you want the results that badly, but the thought of just applying a product is infinitely easier.

I used it every other night for a year on my face , saw some real change after 6mos, after a year, I went to every night for a year and great results. Based on another Dr Dray video I cut back to every other night again to maintain how I look. I then added my neck and the backs of my hands after 3 mos. am starting to see results there too after 3 mos.

Rock it Pittie. It's fun playing with all this good knowledge and ingredients for those of us on the other side of 50. I was born in 1962, fair skinned blonde, and getting blistering sunburns in the summer was just part of summertime. The only people I knew who used sunscreens were lifeguards, and they only used it on their noses! People used mirrors to reflect the sun up under their chins and to get it in all the nooks & cranies. WOW. I think we survived it pretty well. I've had great luck with retinoids and when I started them I became obsessed with using sunscreen. Best thoughts sent your way and much love baby

I think that’s quite rude. Doctors notably work very hard and are actually often underpaid. I think those who do work deserve their salary, and many care a lot about the work they do. Becoming a doctor is no easy task, and not exactly a ‘get rich quick’ scheme. I think you should think the impact of what you put on the internet.

Ultrasound therapy causes fat loss in the face and leave the face more sagging and more aged. RF its tricky too, so i say to wait some years because they already speak up about Ulthera problems, in short time they will tell us about RF micronideling (Morpheus 8). If that tipe of devices causes fat loss in the skin its a disaster. I say more safe procedures are: chemical peels, CO2 laser, face lift, retinol.

Fillers! Majority of Plastic surgeons and Cosmetic doctors against fillers and cryo because it sags the skin actually. Topical amino acid. It will go through all layers of skin and a (few) studies have shown that since our own body makes it. All though this is anecdotal evidence, I used it and it basically gave me a mini facelift. I'm 23. They are studying amino acids because it may be connected to reverse aging because as we age we produce less of this which causes signs of aging.
