Tim, these yoga videos are the only routine I have left during a crazy time. I am out of school bc of the Coronavirus and desperately seeking mental stability as well as physical exercise. Your videos, especially the 30-day challenge, of which I am a week in (!), have provided me so much joy recently. I've been practicing yoga with your channel for about a year and a half, but now that I can't leave my house, I have really depended on them for my sanity. So THANK YOU for that!!
Hello Mr.TIM. Its been a great adventure ever since i met you on the internet. It's been my 2nd year doing yoga with you (only you and nobody else ;). I'm from INDIA and i'm 20 .Last year i was diagnosed with functional scoliosis after that yoga practice has become more than just a practice to me it has become my way of living, All thanks to you. Being a control freak, i practice yoga with complete meticulousness giving my 200% every single Day. Since the curvature of my spine is not that high, i successfully manage to perform all the poses correctly and pain-free. But honestly speaking not every flow taught by you suits my back condition.over this course of two years, by repeated practice and careful examination, i've made a list of some of the favorite flows that definitely seem to improve my spine condition. But still, as a loyal practitioner, i have a very humble request for his teacher. Please Please and Please with your own experience and knowledge kindly upload a sequence or pranayama specifically addressing the problem of scoliosis. One more thing I'd like to talk about. Being a college sophomore in India, i frequently get to hear from the people here ( and my peers too ) that yoga is done by older people only and has nothing to do with younger generation. To be Honest, nothing feels more disheartening to me than the fact that people of a country in which yoga originated itself, are taking this life-changing art for Granted. Initially, even i was skeptical when i started doing yoga but now in this very moment only i know what yoga has brought to my life it has completely turned over my perspective towards life. i feel more compassionate,i feel more and more grateful to smallest things in life , i feel less tired, i feel the least anxious and my confidence has boosted three folds it has made a complete man out of me. And i thank you for that. Lots of Love from INDIA!.:)
Great tutorial on twisted triangle, Tim. I really appreciate you taking time to not only provide us with regular yoga asana practice to follow but also to deeply consider the needs of your community. You bring light to our days that brightens the whole circumference of our being.
I am a week behind, m but still hanging in with the Challenge. Getting such a better understanding of the wholeness of yoga thanks to this series. It is a great journey for me. Thanks.
Glad to be back with the challenge after a little break because of travelling. Liking the progressive challenge and really appreciate your tips on technique and form. Thanks Tim
Did this practice immediately after your last video on fascial release Tim. A huge difference especially in the shoulders, will be building rollers and tennis balls in to practice from now on, thank you for this. And for this series, helping me survive a dull Scottish January!
I didn't get to comment yesterday, but thank you for the rolling lesson. I had contemplated visiting a chiropractor due to stiffness in my neck/shoulders. However the quick 15 minutes with the ball in my shoulder, helped to release the tension that I have been feeling for months. I never felt so great! Thank you!
As a side note for future 30 day challenges, could you include the day and number in the title of the video as well? It would make searching for specific days a lot easier than having to rely on the thumbnails.
Day 14 was great - super helpful instruction on knee down chaturanga - made me realize that this is where I need to stay and not try to do full chaturanga - it was challenging!
I usually do the challenges early in the morning, but today, I did it after a long day, and although I was tired, I pushed through and did the video for today. I'm so relieved to have finished. Thanks again for the videos!
Great practice. I am enjoying checking in with the warmup sequencing and I can definitely feel my back body getting stronger. I have been practicing for years, but my movements are becoming more fluid and they feel more aligned. I am more at ease in my practice. Namaste.
I like when you(Tim) does the practice. I feel I have more time to get into the poses. More relaxing for this old lady. :-) , but have enjoyed it all so far. Surprising myself for still hanging in there.
Tim! Thanks so much for your classes. I was a classical ballet dancer in my younger years, and as a consequence, my body needs help! I'm really enjoying your classes. They are wonderful! Any tips on restoring and strengthening the lower back? It has been injured for years, and I'm hoping to get to a point where it doesn't hurt all the time! :)
Brilliant! The body awareness in proper form is golden! I love your fascia fact sharing.....so important and enlightening. I teach a foam rolling class and fascia knowledge is key. Sending tons of gratitude your way. Namaste
The use of the wall to learn twisted Triangle was very helpful and it added an element of supportive safety. Thanks. Twisted sitting is a sister to standing twist. Once in another class you have reminded us that seated twist is like a bottle cap unscrewing. It’s helpful to see you show what the wrong “sad” posture looks like too. That helpful image has stayed us. Thanks for your insight. I echo my fellow commenters.
The difference of my strength in the plank positions compared to week 1 is amazing. Especially after the myofascial restorative day. Stronger and ready for week 3!
Thanks for today's video. I couldn't do all the Chaturanga push ups, that was too much for me. I probably need keeping practicing these push ups even if I feel like my Chaturangas are not that bad! It was nice working on Twisted Triangle with the support of the wall. I don't go as low as I used to but it's probably for the best as I'm under the impression that I can find more length in my back this way. This is such a tricky pose! This challenge is really great and it helps me facing the cold winter and all the small illnesses people are suffering from these days. I feel calm and strong. :-)
What a great class, Tim! Can’t wait to share some elements of it with my students this afternoon. I’m not sure they like the fact that I’ve been doing this 30 Day Challenge with you, because I have been really kicking their butts lately, lol. Thanks, I’m loving the Challenge!
I like your transitions from shoulder plank to side plank stacking your feet on top of each other. Also, the tutorial on the triangle pose on the wall. I got it! Thank you so much Tim! Good day dude!
Thanks Tim. Great practice. My shoulder was a tad sore today at the start but by the end, was feeling better. When doing warm ups while laying face down, could you remind us when to lift the head as well as when to lift the arms and legs? Sounds minor but sometimes I don’t think I’m lifting at the correct time and sometimes it’s hard to see on the video if your head is up or down. Much appreciated. Still loving the challenge! You rock!
It was a great practice today. I really appreciate the tutorial for triangle pose. Something I always enjoy ( and I am grateful about)is Tim commenting on his experience teaching... as the attitudes expressed in this or that pose... I remember a teacher once told us "use your eyes to expand the pose, as part of the pose". Thank you, Tim!
Hi Tim. Thank you so much for sharing your practice with the world! I really enjoyed the twisted triangle portion and had no idea that my left hip is pretty tight especially while going into the twist. The wall prop exercise will definitely help me open up more. Cheers!
Loved the twisted triangle variation! This is the first time I've been able to get into it without thinking, "This is physically impossible and defies the laws of nature." Thanks, Tim!
I've really enjoyed this challenge! It's a step up in difficulty from ones I was doing before, but I feel growth. I just have to say that I like the videos with just Tim better! Not sure why, the guests are fine, but I feel more inward and peaceful without the added person.
Really liked the twist on revolved triangle, that one always gives me trouble on the left side! If you could let us know at the beginning of the practice that we'll be using a wall would be great though, as I don't have one readily available :)
this will really help me with twisted triangle! thank you so much! Kind of wish that you had the boat and lower boat poses in this video so that i can keep working those abs
When I put my elbows on the wall I turned off the light, and realized the sun was about to come up. What a beautiful way to start the day. Twisting triangle is still as hard for me, but now I can get into this easier variation. Thanks Tim !
Hi Tim, your explanation about triangle was genius. I was able to get to my very jammed hips better than I've ever felt in my efforts to do this pose. Thank you for your wisdom and dedication to improving practice.
A cold but sunny “Hi!” From Tuscany :) I love your channel and practicing since a couple of months. Despite turning 27 today and being young, I did some exercise once or twice a week in the last 2 years. I’ve always been sporty, but couldn’t stand that strength exercises anymore.. thank you for this channel and the chance to get my back strong and straight again. Now I’m sitting with a good shape again and without any issue. Appreciate your work a big hug Federico
It helped very much to do the twisted triangle with the wall. One of my sides it is much more difficult to open up and take my arm up while the other side does it much easier. I keep waiting for you to mention twisting up first like a bottle cap. I learned that from you awhile go and it has always helped me to first grow as long as I can while twisting. Thank you.
Great tutorial, thank you! I’m new to yoga and started with your 7 day challenge before moving onto 30 days. I have hypermobility so half the time I’m focusing on not over straightening when doing any kind exercise. Due to that, I’m not sure if the correct muscles are activating as I don’t seem to have the same barriers as others but the wall exercise really helped!! Looking forward to the rest of the challenge!
Feeling energized after this one. Thanks!
Wonderful!
This day is amazing, thank you so much for it!
You're welcome Nadya
Hey Tim
I just wanted you to know, that I love your flows and your energy. To practice Yoga with you is just great. All the best from Switzerland :)
Thank you Maik. All the best to you in Switzerland.

Thanks Catherine! 🙏
Thank you, Catherine.
Thanks Tim. My wife and i have been enjoying your 30 day challenge.
You're welcome Todd!

I LOVE THE PLANKS. Hard, but very rewarding. It's a nice break from working the legs. Thank you!
What a wonderful class! You take such good care of us and gently correct our bad habits. That twisted triangle tutorial was game changing! Thank you.
Glad the twisted triangle information was helpful for you! You are so welcome! 😊
tim is the absolute cutest
Great class! I much prefer when you teach by yourself!

Great session for stretching out. Some golden nuggets with the wall back heel stretch and the triangle against wall. Thankyou for your time.
Thanks Tim. Just coming back from a lumbar disc injury so taking it easy with the forward bends. But noticing a gradual improvement.

So rad right!?
Hi Tim. Thank you so much for sharing your practice with the world! I really enjoyed the twisted triangle portion and had no idea that my left hip is pretty tight especially while going into the twist. The wall prop exercise will definitely help me open up more. Cheers!
Thank you Tim! It was easier to understand the twisted triangle with the wall exercice. The foam roller tips of yesterday was really efficient.
Loved the twisted triangle variation! This is the first time I've been able to get into it without thinking, "This is physically impossible and defies the laws of nature." Thanks, Tim!
You're welcome! So stoked for you!
Thanks again Tim. I will remember that we don't want sad seated twists :-)

One of my favs so far, loving the informative explanations and tutorial, great pace, easy to understand, and of course... ahhh sphinx!
Thanks Sarah! Stoked you enjoyed this practice!
It helped very much to do the twisted triangle with the wall. One of my sides it is much more difficult to open up and take my arm up while the other side does it much easier.
