Cheers David, my van seems to be a bit of all sorts between long and short nose, pre 96 and post 96 parts. It’s been a nightmare tying to order the right parts. I’m pretty sure my front bumper is long nose that’s been adapted to fit the short nose cross member but I can’t be sure or if that’s even possible ??? 🙄
Yeah I think I know what you mean, I’ve rounded the edges off with sand paper to reduce the chance of the paint peeling, the trouble with a tool would be getting the right angle if it was like a screw driver style but great idea 💡 🤓
That's been a big help, as I'm considering fitting these fog lights! What would you think of my plan to wire them as DRL lights, using the module that switches them on when the van is started, and off when the headlights are switched on?
Hi Richard, I’ve had a look to see if I could find a direct link for the products but I bought both of them on eBay and I’m struggling to find how to find a link you could use. As far as I can see there are 2 or three possibilities for the fog lights depending on which bumper you have and the shapes and fixings very different from each other so if yours looks like mine then it should be pretty easy to suss which ones you need. The other thing I need to order next is a wiring loom with relay but waiting till I find one I’m happy with. Thanks for watching!
@@pdubs7831 thanks for the reply pal. Yes I've watched all your t4 videos for motivation and help 🍻 can't fault your late nights working on projects like the bumper. Anyway hopefully see you at a vw meet this year p dubs keep at it bud looks awesome!
Got a replacement compressor on its way and I’m currently working on the tailgate, which I’ll be spraying first so I can get the glass back in. Thanks for watching and the support 👍
Great job. Defo on my to do list. Not sure I’d get away with using the kitchen space though. Think I’d be hung drawn and quartered 🤣 👏🤙
Great job Mr P.👍
Looking sweet dude, you are doing a great job and motivating me at the same time with my t4, loving your videos, thanks dude 👍👌🤙
Thanks Matt glad your enjoying them, if they help one other person then it’s worth it. 🤙

Yeah great idea. I tend to have mine on as drl but just switch on and off manually.
Great video mate looks awesome have you got a link for the bumper and spot lights please

@@pdubs7831 I've looked on eBay for bloody ages today trying to find the splitter you have can't find it
There's no T4 front splitter on eBay 🤔
If the missus caught me sanding the bumper in the kitchen. Let's just say there would be no more replies on here
When I used to live alone and could do as I pleased…don’t get away with leaving a spoon on the side anymore
Looking great dude! Where did you get the valance from?
eBay, my previous vid shows the initial fitting of it, £120 with p&p, was a bit of a pain and had to make up my own way of fitting it.
Your mrs must be more understanding than mine to have the bumper in the kitchen! 😂
@@haskyb9184 you should see the conservatory!

I've contacted the people selling the spot lights regarding the wiring kit, they don't sell it have you had any luck
I’ve ordered a loom, should have it soon. I’ll let you know if it works out.
