    Now, normally these Full day of Eating fat loss type of videos I'm not that on hot. Just because someone else's full day of eating doesn't really lend itself all that much to your specific needs.
    That being said, I want to show you what I do on a daily basis with this shake diet and present my full day of eating.
    This might mean your approach will be different but for now, hopefully, it's an insight into how to do things following the shake diet.

    So glad someone is doing this as I've been debating to do this myself along with cardio and strength training at times to lose weight and maintain/build muscle. Please finish the whole 30 days as many YT stop and never finish

      Thank you Paul.
      It's tough. I put more into my videos now than ever. Sadly the views and reach just isn't the same as Instagram (for example).
      Maybe in the future I'll get more space to create more and more of these videos.

    I do this too and on top of that every Tuesday and Thursday I go to karate (This week I'm going Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) It has helped me a pot and the shakes don't leave me hungry.

      Tbh, any that you think taste nice and offer something more than 20g of protein at around 400-600kcals

    I drink 1 liter of water sometimes with lemon in the morning to get my body going. 1 shake in the morning, 1 shake lunch and dinner eat lean turkey, mixed veggies, cauliflower rice. I do mix it up at times. I sometimes eat at lunch than I would take a shake for dinner. The shake completely fills me up. It's just reprogramming my brain because I'm not hungry it just wants me to chew on something. Which is funny

    hello i finally decided to start the shake diet i hardly eat in the mornings or lunch and mainly eat at night because i work a mexican restaurant. so im on to shakes because my life is hectic. i figure it out already on big meal wise but the shakes what preotein shake powder do you recommend please , and also you say water to add it what about maybe almond milk or soy milk what do you recommend? thank you!!!!

    Is that common to have a small fridge in a apartment in the UK? I am American and we are known to over eat, not sure that would work for me lol

    I wish I could start at 8, I’m up at 4:30, breakfast at 5:30, hard work 5-9 hours (depends)... calorie deficit is HARD man. When you burn off more calories than you’ve consumed by 12, and this is at a deficit rate...

      Perhaps you could. I would personally try to personalise these shakes to your wants and needs. For example the 400kcals in these just wasn't enough. Adding oats may have helped me with the hunger issues.

    My one question - did you use protein shakes or "weightloss" shakes? I'm wanting to pursue this kind of diet as a "last straw" weightloss method and I don't know if protein shakes or "weightloss" shakes would work better, or if they'd work any differently?? I hope you *or someone* sees this..

      We have optifast and optislim range here in New Zealand that are used by the hospital on prescription for safe but rapid weightloss before surgery or for obesity the pharmacy may be able to advise you about a nutritionally complete safe option like this. I believe it was originally nasa scientists that figured out the composition of these shakes high protein low fat low carb and that it lead to decreased hunger and rapid weight-loss while maintaining muscle as much as possible so you could look up nasa protein shake experiment maybe? Or look up pre surgery medical shake fast for medical sources. Regular protein shakes are not the same as they don’t have all the added vitamins and minerals and electrolytes and exactly the same macros as the medical ones although you might find a way to replicate all that and find a cheaper option if medical shakes are expensive where you live. Good luck and remember the most important thing is to find something sustainable for the long term

    "As long as it's high protein". I don't agree. People really shouldn't drink 'whey protein' long term. Plant based protein powder makes things a lot better for people, even if it might taste worse. (I am not vegan, just pointing out that whey has downsides on the body by comparison to plant based). Edit: I understood fully in your point of not endorsing brands. etc.
