Anybody else out there with facial pain? It's in the mask of my face, my jaw, ears, throat, eyes - all over from the neck up. Currently going through a horrendous period, feeling rage all the time. It's exhausting! :(
You can if you are extremely angry but do it consciously and with purpose- Meaning if using a punching bad to imagine who you are Punching. you want the right connection in your brain about what the anger is about
@@thepainpt thanks! Most of the time, the anger seems to just be about the symptoms with the Energy of an angry child. But I guess it’s not the right use to punch my symptoms then?! :D
If I get the idea, is the processing of emotions essentially about identifying and embracing the 'sensory/physical' surrogate for each of the three principal negative emotions?

Yes facial pain is all the rage right now it seems a lot of people are having it like it’s in vogue
What’s your stand on „performing“ the emotion, for example boxing a punching bag when angry? Is that necessary or is it enough to embrace the feeling?
