I have bins of leftover yarn s. What a wonderful way to use up all those lonely little balls of yarn. 😊 And any really small balls are going to become fish cloths. Yay, no more guilty leftovers and I'll have a beautiful, colorful cover to remind me of all those other projects. Win win. THANK YOU
My Friend Ms Robin, I seem to find such Pleasure in all of your Stitches so far. In the smooth way you speak, it’s almost reassuring me that I’ll definitely pick it up, get it right, & make it Beautiful. Thank you 🙏
wow … you’re the only UA-cam channel that l immediately click when there’s a new video … you’re is just the easiest & the greatest teaching .. l also did 6 granny squares of your 3D flower 🌸 it came out very pretty thanks dear ❤️
It looks so beautiful when you're changing colors every row. But I think the section that is all one color is my favorite! It truly looks like a basket weave. This pattern is going on my bucket list today!
Robin you’re amazing!! You got me into crocheting with your clear instructions and easy patterns!! I adore your channel ❤ May you be blessed with joy and success!! Thank you! 🙏
Love this & I have the perfect yarn I think I want to try with this stitch❣️ Thank you so much for the time & effort you give to make these great crochet tutorials❣️ Appreciate you.
Thank you for this. Your videos are easy for me to follow, you explain everything perfectly (which helps quiet my silly brain just as it begins to think a question...) and I love this stitch. I think I'll use this one for the different colors of yarn my husband has been bringing home as surprise gifts whenever he goes on work trips, until now I couldn't figure what to do with it all. Thank you again.
Wow this is great. I'm looking for stitches for my sampler crochet blanket. Already used 2 from your tutorials... Thanks so much🎉🎉🎉 I'm so chuffed with the results thus far.
What a great stitch and pattern! I’ve said this before but your videos are so wonderful! You make it so easy to follow along. Very informative and I really appreciate that you repeat the steps with each row you’re working on. ❤❤
You saved me having to search for a new pattern for a baby blanket. My great neice is due in May of next year. She lives in Spokane so a nice warm one will be necessary. This just fits the bill.
I love the spiked stitch! I have the yarn to make an Autumn inspired blanket using the spiked stitch that I need to get to now that the weather has cooled down a bit
W👀W! That is pretty cool. It looks soft and squishy. I crochet for pet rescues and currently use mostly waffle stitch for the blankets/mats, but, I bet the rescues would love this too.😍 I have some self-striping yarn, and I bet it would work up nicely. Sometimes there is a nice tartan/plaid effect with the short color changes. Thanks for the tutorial...now I'm going to go find those skeins of yarn! 🤗
Hi Robin ive been incognito for a bit but back now❤. I’m always amazed at your yarn colors. They are ALWAYS GORGEOUS to say the least. Hope all is well with you and your fam. I love this stitch. I ❤ almost as much as the Waffle Stitch- a very close one. Thanks again for sharing💜💛gayle
I learned how to crochet back in 1963 and the hardest part (always) when needing/wanting multiple colors is…which colors do I want to use?..😮😟😟 You do such a great job with your color selection(s). 😊😊
I just scrolled through all of your videos looking for one for a hanging basket or even just a regular basket but I couldn't find one would you please put up a video on that topic? I would rather listen and learn from you than anyone. Thank you!
Hi Robin, the sample looks absolutely beautiful, so colourful and looks harder than it is. Nice stitch, nothing too complicated. Can you tell me what yarn you used for the sampler, is it double kneed yarn and what brand? Many thanks and is always a please to listen to clear and precise instructions Maria 🌷🧶🌷
It's deceivingly simple isn't it?! For the yarn, I used: Scheepjes Chunky Monkey Yarn with a 6mm Hook - available to purchase from LoveCrafts here: bit.ly/3VgI6dN Colours used in my blanket (in order) Ochre, Mustard, Primrose, Lemon, Mint, Pistachio, Fern, Aqua, Eucalyptus, Mist, Smoke, Cornflower Blue, Teal, Passionfruit, Orchid, Mauve, Amethyst, Bubblegum, Rose, Blush, Baby Pink, Peach, Jasmine & Cream
Hey Robin, I love all these interlocking stitches! Could you please do one with two DCs? I'd love that and have been looking for one. You tutorials are the best! Thanks.
I’m going to do a swatch. I was set on doing a moss stitch blanket when this video popped up. I’m not a fan of doing drop down (spiked) or stitch backwards in a skipped stitch because I’m a tight crocheter. It just always feels untidy. 😂. But I’ll give it a go. Your voice is very pleasant, btw. Happy Holidays!
WOW! Lovely pattern for variegated yarn like you showed at beginning. Your simplicity to show how it’s done w/individual colors is so thoughtful and kind. Thanks for a new dense pattern for lapghans I’m making as a charity project at my present time. You’re tops for simple patterns and details easily understood. So… what’s the pattern name? 💖🌟🧶
Stressed about those ends? I GOT YOU BOO! ua-cam.com/video/GMjstBdp_2E/v-deo.html 👈😉
Hello!, I do not have a printer, so therefore is there a way for me to get this lovely pattern in paper form .? Thank u,
Ujk❤ĺ88⅞@@CarolOrtiz-ip8qr
Love this. I think this is a great stitch for a temperature blanket - so much more interesting than rows of SC. Thank you!
Robin, you are a great teacher! You explain everything so well. And your voice and accent are delightful, too. Many thanks!
If it were not for you - I would not be crocheting ❤. Your clear instruction and hints make all the difference. THANK YOU.
You are so welcome Doris!😃
🧸🧶 lovely message doriscubillas 🧶😃
My goodness, the color combination you showed at the start is so beautiful! AND it's a one row repeat pattern!? Blessed.
I love a nice one-row repeat too 😊
One row repeats are the best! 😅🧶

I agree with you, it’s so important to me that I can make a Beautiful Project for myself or for a Loved one.
I have bins of leftover yarn s. What a wonderful way to use up all those lonely little balls of yarn. 😊 And any really small balls are going to become fish cloths. Yay, no more guilty leftovers and I'll have a beautiful, colorful cover to remind me of all those other projects. Win win. THANK YOU
Oh my gosh YES it is absolutely PERFECT for that!
I thought it looked like the linen/moss stitch and when I watched the video and found out they are DC stitches rather than SC stitches, I’m sold!!
Haha yes! MUCH faster to work up!
Me too, looking for a dense warm stitch thinking I've found it!
