@PrecisionWellbeing It's been going well. I had to either modify or skip some exercises since I do have pain on the outer side boney bump for a long while. I finally have an appointment with my primary care doctor tomorrow. All I know is that it's up to the point where standing all day at work sucks and walking sucks. I only take ibuprofen when I can't stand the pain anymore.

Fantastic routine. Different camera angles super helpful. Also appreciate the pace and doing both sides for the routine so I can just follow along. I have lower back issues too and think my hip is part of the problem as you mentioned.

Thanks for another tip of improving hip mobility. My problem is, everytime I do side leg raise on my right leg, I always hear a popping sound but I do not feel any pain or unusual discomfort. Appreciate any idea on this sir, pls ✌️.

Stiffness will come as a result of not using it. You have to start somewhere but just keep consistent and I'm sure you will improve. Good luck. Best wishes, Ashley
